Because the outer boxes were damaged, we have offered you a free return and a full refund of your orders within 30 minutes of your e-mail to our customer service. No discussion, no proof required. That is both a very fair and a very fast solution. It is a problem that we cannot solve otherwise as the product you have ordered is currently out of stock and therefore can't be replaced by an undamaged packaging.
It was your choice not to return the bottles but to keep them. If you are still interested in returning them, our offer is still open and you are welcome to contact us via mail again.
