I’m giving Bromley Tennis Centre one star due to the incredibly long waiting list for classes, which has left us waiting for nearly four years with no progress. While the facilities and coaching are reputed to be excellent, the inability to access the lessons after such a prolonged period has been deeply frustrating. It’s disappointing that, despite the centre’s popularity, the management of class availability seems to be insufficient, preventing eager players from fully benefiting from what the centre has to offer. The ongoing wait is the primary reason for this low rating.

I've been sending my daughter here for at least 3 years. Coaches are great. But I can only describe group coaching as horrendously organised. She rose from red to orange to green and now junior. Every single time she moved up, staff screws up and she is put into groups where kids could barely hit a ball. They then move her after I complain. Somehow new kids who can't hold a racquet are then put into groups that can play decently and that destroys the entire coaching session. What an absolute waste of time. My daughter is not Maria Sharapova but she can definitely hold a decent rally. I think they are just fitting kids into slots that are available

Did a Level 2 Tennis Coaching Course at Bromley in 2019 from 4/5/19 to 29/7/19 led by Luke H.
Course was very active, engaging and enriching in both knowledge and experience in tennis.
Left the course feeling much more confident to lead groups on my own, how to give specific feedback and a bag of ideas for drills, games and progressions.

My 6 year old has been playing here since he was 2.5! He absolutely loves it, we've had fantastic coaches, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
He is now starting to play in tournaments and aswell as his group lesson has weekly 121s! All the coaches are great esp Louise!

This is a brilliant centre. I recently did a course there and met a lot of the coaches and specialists who work there. I was massively impressed by all of their expertise and commitment - it's a really inspiring place. Plus fantastic facilities.

Fab venue to zone in on your tennis as a learning coach who needs coach educating.

I’ve been a member for several years. Excellent coaching offering a varied program for all levels. Super tennis courts. 6 Indoor courts, 4 outdoor which get a bubble over them in Winter. Lovely helpful friendly staff. I’ll be renewing my membership again when it’s due.

I've had a block booking each year since the centre first opened. The staff are always very friendly and ready to help out with any queries and the facilities are great for tennis too.

My children have played at BTC since they were 2. We absolutely love the coaches and the summer holiday programme has been improved year on year. Cardio tennis is my weekly 'treat' and I am looking forward to doing this with my kids in the summer holidays now they are older too. My goal was to be able to play tennis as a family and we are able to do that now! :-)

BTC is a second home for our two children, they have been playing here for 6 and half years. The BTC team have always given them opportunities and supported their progress in every possible way. As parents we are able to follow their development and program every step of the way. In addition to tennis, BTC also provides the best Strength and Conditioning program that you could ask for. The club provides a positive and nurturing environment for every age group and ability. Simply, the best tennis experience you could ask for a child.

Great club with an excellent programme for both children and adults. Very friendly and safe environment. All the coaches are fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful too!

Our 3 kids (12, 10 and 8 year old) all play tennis here. There are groups suitable to different ages and abilities and excellent coaches available for individual lessons. We have struggled to find strong individual coaches and indoor courts for them to play on before at different clubs, and here all our needs are met. The club also has a nice friendly atmosphere, and the people running it are very approachable. Can't recommend it highly enough!!

A very friendly club, great facilities. I have been a member for 10+ years. Excellent Junior & Adult coaching programmes, group & individual lessons for all abilities. 6 indoor courts, 4 outdoor (Bubble in winter). Gym facilities also a useful addition for any strength & conditioning.
