The Brompton G Line Large Electric Bag is well made and fits the G-Line front mount perfectly. The top cover is ingenious by integrated the rain cover with the top load cover, however the battery is left exposed to the elements unlike the original equipment bag. The useable space is limited with much of the large bag compartmentalized into smaller pockets. Two side pockets are filled and blocked by the shoulder strap and its connectors. Interior pocket includes an unremovable central divider for a laptop, leaving little room for bulky or crushable items like groceries.

Sorry Brompton I just think the design of this is not great. It works for a daily work commute but forget trying to pick up some shopping on your way home from work. The envelope design of open/close it a space waste. It doesn’t give you any opportunity to stuff something extra in. I’d expect to see some buckles externally that I can roll up waterproofs and attach. And for the price should definitely be waterproof!!Valuable space taken up storing the waterproof cover. The battery top is exposed whereas the battery bag that come with the bike has plastic cover. Not sure why this doesn’t. Also no choice of colour! Way too expensive for not eneough detail. Would have liked more choice of bags but this was it for a battery bag for g-line

It’s the right size and I find it useful. Biggest complaint is the there is no battery cover like you would find on the basic battery bag. The top of your battery is just open to the elements. If it starts to rain you have to stop and fit the rain bag.

Great addition to the G Line when you need to carry more stuff. Has a removable laptop sleeve which also help to create two separate areas. Additionally there are two elasticated side pockets and two zipped rear pockets. A water proof 'cape' is also supplied plus a shoulder strap. Would be nice if they also made a rack pack in the same fabric (but that's me just being picky!)

It’s great quality and a bit quirky compared to other recent bags from Brompton. It definitely feels less water resistant that other bags look oks bigger than the city bag but in reality it isn’t. I like the removable laptop sleeve.

Nice quality, however limited capacity compared to my roll top borough bag despite having to accommodate the battery. I’ve gone back to my rucksack as there’s not enough room for the stuff I normally carry, waterproofs & a bit of shopping.
