If I get a great condition, and even though it was a renewed bike, there were no visible blemishes. I’d buy a renewed bike again in a heartbeat.

It's not so much the bike, but the customer service and their website ordering system that I'm so frustrated with. If I had the option, I really would return the bike even though it's fun and so far, a good bike. But between my partner and I, we own 7 bikes and have purchased TONS of accessories over the past 20+ years. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Just no accountability, and no attempts to make things right. For paying such a premium, I expected more.
