The Brompton Extended Seatpost in black is designed for the slightly taller rider (as a guide, with an inside leg 33 to 35 inches) - this seatpost gives up to 60mm extra saddle height than the standard Brompton seatpost.
The saddle will sit 60mm higher when the bike is in its folded position due to the extra length.

Seat post is sturdy, light and looks great. I used to have a silver one but the black works great with my orange frame. Delivery was fast. Box could’ve been smaller. (I’m a shipper so I’m kind of a pedant about that) Installation was quick and easy. I feel a lot more comfortable now that the seat is at the proper height.
