This is a scam. While I thought I was doing my due diligence by checking out the website before placing my order, and confirming the product could be returned if I was unsatisfied- all of what I found online was false and actual b.s. The website and the reviews are fake. The return policy is fake. The product I received isn't even close to what was in the description on the ad. After months of me insisting on a refund they have offered 20% back. Sadly I paid with my PayPal account and they have not been helpful either. The original order was placed on Sept 16, my original request for refund was Sept 30 and today is Dec 9 and still no satisfactory resolution. AVOID THIS BRAND/COMPANY/PRODUCT

Terrible company.trying to return boots I bought and they refuse to respond. No address and the email is not responding. I have been completely scammed. Never again!!

This company is a total scam!!! Product doesn’t resemble anything like what I ordered. They need to be reported!!

Advertising boots made of leather. Even the picture was nothing like the product I received. I saw the same boots on Temu for $20. After reading a review, I tried to cancel my order even before it shipped. I got no response.

This is a scam company. My “wool” sweater arrived looking nothing like the advertisement. The material was not wool, there were no tags with material content, care or size, it was tiny, despite my having ordered medium. The quality is absolute junk. So disappointed!!

Total scam. Steer clear as all other reviews suggest. Shockingly poor quality and do not even resemble photos. Nonsense abt 10% if I keep the product as they say it’s unlikely they’ll ever get back to China. Utter garbage hiding under the Ottawa label. Total waste of time and money.

If I could put zero stars I would, but it did not allow me to. I bought a pair of "orthopedic" boots which when they finally arrived weeks later, were nothing like advertised. The quality was very poor. The zipper were catching and didn't zip smoothly and the stitching was substandard for sure. But, most importantly the soles of the boots did not match. The right sole had a raised portion in the instep area but not even in the correct spot for plantar fasciitis which they were advertised for. The left sole was completely flat and both were extremely uncomfortable. I contacted Bronqs about a return/refund and they offered my a 10% discount. I honestly can never wear them, and no one would. I sent pictures and explanations and the final email I received from them just stated their initial stand all over again but this time even recommended against a return because there was a very good likelihood that they would never be received in Asia and I would not get a refund until they were. Furthermore the return shipping costs were almost as much as the initial purchase. Maybe more if customs add on fees.
I'm thoroughly discouraged and want to advise against purchasing anything from this site! My last email was not even replied to. They did not acknowledge the photos or descriptions and we're very unapologetic for sending out such poor quality products looking nothing like their photos.

This company scammed me. I ordered ONE SET they doubled my order without permission and charged me for two. I tried to cancel immediately and the said (within 1 hour) that it had already shipped, which was bull crap. Then I tried to dispute with Paypal and Paypal sided with them, and denied my dispute. The shoes arrived, and to honour their return policy, you have to ship them back to CHINA at your own expense. What a crock of crap. DISHONEST SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY

This company is a scam. Sent me shoes two sizes too small and look different than advertised. Want me to send MORE money for exchange. Do not order! This company should be prosecuted.

Keep clear of this company!! I wish I had known about trust pilot and read the reviews before ordering from this company. My experience was similar to others who have posted. Although the top I received was ok, it was way too small and definitely not worth what I paid. I was offered 10% refund rather than have to go through the rigmarole of trying to return the item - to Asia ! What a scam and an easy dishonest way to make money!
Also note that the refund notification came under another name - Quartier Amsterdam.

UPDATE - I went to my credit card company, they reversed the charges and I got all of my money back. I hope you can too!

My review is the same as the others here. Shoes I ordered were terrible quality and when I requested a refund I got the same nonsense about 10% off or spend more money shipping them back to Asia. They don’t have an Instagram profile that can be reported to Instagram. Total scam.

I could leave zero stars I would - avoid this company I was duped - total scam. Shoes looked like they were worth a dollar - total rip off and mis advertising.

Please do not buy from Bronqs Ottawa - you will waste a great deal of money.

Product was advertised as real Italian leather. Fake Chinese pleather is what arrived. When I asked to return for refund was informed I could either accept a 10% discount or undertake a return shipping process which I would pay shipping, potential brokerage/duties (for return!?!) and delays which could take as much as 3 months IF my package even returned to warehouse in Asia. And my credit would not be issued until successful return. The return for refund assistant assured me that many parcels never make it back to the origin destination in Asia!?!?
I would be reaponsible for shipping costs of up to 30Euros and brokerage fees up to 50Euros. Why is a Canadian company dealing with an Asian distributor pricing in Euros and not standing behind the product they are selling?

I would not even give this company 1 star. but in order to leave a review I had to. They are falsely advertising merchandise as something other than what you are sent. For example, I ordered a Luxurious-100% cashmere cardigan & received a product labelled 100% nylon. That looked nothing like what I had based my order on. They said I agreed to their terms at check out & that they were a totally transparent company. I did not agree to a “ bait & switch” @ checkout. I wish I had seen these reviews prior , as I will never order again from them or their other company Quartier- Ottawa, They seem to operate between either as suits their needs. My mission is to spread the word & on this scam company operating out of Canada.

Scam. They wouldn't accept my cancellation 30 mn after I made the purchase, claimingit's been processed and shipped. I'm still waiting for the order. They keep on sending emails that the order is on the way, but no info on the tracking other than it's been shipped. The only way to contact them is through an automated email system, and the phone number is in the Middle East. Nothing Canadian about them.

I wish that I had read these reviews before buying. I got my order today and the fabric is not as advertised and the sewing quality is terrible. I have reported the website to Canadian authorities that they are not in compliance with garment labeling laws. Not that they are based here, however it's something at least.

Registration for shipments in transit

The company sells items from Aliexpress. a dress that you can buy for less than $10 is listed on their site for $60 (“on sale” from $120). Do not buy!
