With such a fragile product, I was extremely happy to see how well packaged it was. I would totally recommend this company and their products. So often we have items that are not easy to clean, or dust, and a glass box is a perfect way to display fragile and fine objects. I am very happy with it's classic and simple design.

I had wanted some poufs for the rec room at my new beach house. They had to be tangerine in color. Well, I searched and searched all over the web site. Finally found just what a wanted at Bronson Design. As soon as I ordered two poufs, I received an e-mail saying the tangerine fabric was being discontinued. When I protested, the Bronson rep said she would see if she could still get the two poufs for me.......and she did. I am very happy with them. Thank you, Bronson!

I was looking for a different wine holder to use in my house that was made of wood . This wine holder is made of wood and steel and absolutely beautiful and functional. Very simple.

I don't generally purchase items for my home without seeing them and touching them. However, I was searching for a floor lamp and saw exactly what I wanted at a better price than other sites. I decided to make the purchase and found Bronson Design wonderful to deal with. My floor lamp arrived on time and in perfect condition. I was also pleased that the picture on line was true to the product received.

My chandelier is stunning! However, the chain was ridiculously short. I had to call Bronson to order a longer one. How surprised I was that I was charged $20 for the replacement!! How disappointing!

These people were easy to deal with and what was ordered matched the image in their catalog - better, in fact. Excellent quality merchandise. The only bobble was on promised delivery. It was listed as in stock, but upon order we received an email with a delay indicated. Nonetheless, it arrived about as originally scheduled. I would have given them five stars but for that.

They processed my special request for a lamp with 2 shades efficiently, calling the manufacturer to get an answer and getting right back to me. My order came in less than a week and the packaging of the lamp and shades was extraordinary. This is clearly a company that treasures its stock.

By significant online research, Bronson clearly became the leader in designer selection, inventory, and price in our complete home remodeling project. Customer Service was awesome anytime an issue arose with a piece. Free shipping, specials, and just generally good pricing plus great Customer Service put them on my computer's "favorites toolbar" right away. I would recommend them to anyone.
