Dragon clock and trinket store

Good communication and item arrived as stated well packaged. The reason I scored 4 stars is that the clock mechanism feels fragile and it’s not easy to set the time if you have large fingers.
Would certainly use supplier again

Excellent service

Excellent service. Item arrived in good time and was well protected. It looks truly amazing.
Only disappointment is that many of the items on the website are 'out of stock' which makes future purchases unlikely.

Impressive Company

I am really impressed with this company. I have ordered many dancing figurines over the years as they are beautiful and fairly inexpensive presents for my ballet pupils when they turn 18. I have only ever experienced one which was damaged. This was replaced immediately with an apology and without any fuss. I feel they care about their customers and their products.

I ordered a bronze figure and requested…

I ordered a bronze figure and requested quick delivery as it was for a presentation the following weekend. Great communication and very quick delivery, which gave me much needed time to get the figure mounted onto a slate base with wording printed onto it, which made a fantastic gift. Very happy customer! Will definitely recommend to others.
