I love this statue so much brought it for my sisters birthday so pleased,got great detail would definitely order from again very quick delivery

This company is a family ran business. The attention to service is exactly what you would expect from a business ran this way. They respond to enquiries promptly, ship items immediately,( in the UK I received mine within 24 hours shipping was also free), and they package their items very well with care. I am not a casual buyer and research everything before purchasing. I was after an accurate replica of the Gayer Anderson Cat found at The British Museum. This particular version is the best on the market. Most you find are made of basic resin, or plastic and are overpriced for the materials used to produce. It was confirmed to me this version is cold cast bronze (resin mixed with bronze powder) if you cannot pay thousands for a foundry bronze version this edition is your best bet. I have shown this to three people who were convinced this was foundry bronze. Its heavy to hold, has a cold temperature, and I am interested to see how the finish ages with time and handling. All of the various photos I have seen online across different websites do not capture how good this particular statue looks. If you buy it, you will not be disappointed nor will you return it. I would also like to add that Bronze Gifts are selling this at a lower price than anyone else. I will definitely buy from them again as they clearly source high quality products.

I placed my order on Friday, and received it on the following Monday, and I'm really thrilled with it! Grawlbane the Dragon is as good as, in fact better than his photo on the website! The speed at which my order was handled and delivered was excellent, and I would recommend this company for models like this. Thank you again!

Created account when I ordered a bronze statue, however my order info didn’t show and the page said error. I emailed the business and was emailed back a day later saying my item had been ordered and the item will be sent the next day so the day after that I would receive the statue. The day it should have arrived I received an email with my tracking info (which Royal Mail link said it didn’t exist or not yet collected). I emailed the business and they said it would be with me the day after. I emailed stating it should have been delivered today not tomorrow. They apologised and said their warehouse must not have seen the computer system that stated it was priority and it was their fault. They never offered me a discount or partial refund . They simply said they were sorry and they are a small family run business with fantastic reviews. I emailed back stating that’s not my issue and my problem and for a small family business I’d have expected a better service. They were in the wrong and gave me incorrect info and posted my item late. I’ll never use this company again. Poor customer service and rude!
