Stay away from Brook and York

Stay away from Brook and York. This place is as sketchy as they come. They sent me the wrong item (which was very cheap looking) for a Christmas gift and then pointed me to their routine return process with no apology or attempt to make things right. The return process included a Fee for processing the refund and they weren't willing to refund the gift wrapping fee nor the taxes on the order. Save yourself the pain. Don't bother with B&Y
