I’ve used brooklynvegan a handful of times for vinyls specifically. I’ve had decent experiences but when I tried buying a Faetooth vinyl, with Protect insurance ($.99), it said to contact usps. I did, they said undeliverable so i filed a claim with protect and heard NOTHING. Contacted brooklynvegan and they sent me an automated “file a claim with Protect” message. I just disputed it with my bank so hopefully i get my $40 back 🤞🤞— anyways, BV can be great and I always appreciate their products but the service is meh, lowk a gamble. 🫣
