Excellent design experience and competitive pricing

Having worked with one of the Brookmans designers (Oscar M.) over the last month or so, I have had a very positive experience. He was highly engaged and listened carefully to what I was looking for, overall coming up with a design that met these needs and also added a few extra special personal touches. Overall the design and pricing was very attractive - I should note (full disclosure) that I did choose another designer for simply no other reason that they were based closer to my home so whilst more expensive a lot more convenient for me personally.

Overall better to avoid, not worth taking the chance

During the sale prices got quite a responsive David R designer who was polite and knowledgeable and ready to respond within minutes ( literally ). Promised accelerated deliveries etc. Post deposit response rate has dropped to 3 plus weeks and looking at post sales experience I am getting sceptical of outcome.

I would recommend others to wait and see how the first wave of customers are fairing before ordering with them.

While they seem to be promising a luxury product at reasonable prices I am now not sure they are set up to deliver on the experience or the product at the volume they have generated.

Update: 17 Apr

Judith from cust service, David R and Oscar have since, really stepped up the response with daily support to get our design finalised. Also agreed that for this level of investment it was a bit one sided their initial contract and payment and altered it slightly. Think industry needs some regulation around this.

Will update once we get the kitchen delivered & fitted. Fingers crossed.

Update 9 May

After taking further deposit to give me a delivery date it has been 15 days and radio silence !

Update 1 July
Judith responded, was polite and accommodative and changed the delivery date for us thanks.

Update 10 Oct
Kitchen cabinets installed, now waiting for 8 weeks with constant chasing every day - Judith and Emma both non responsive !!!

Update 07 Nov
steve from installation called and he is getting up temporary worktops and a dishwasher installed.

Lovely designer

We worked with the designer Holly and her service was fantastic. Her design work was beautiful, she made all the changes we required and was able to get a very good price for us.

Design only

I engaged Brookmans for my new kitchen but decided to go with a different style of cabinetry they couldn't do. However, their designer Holly was excellent and proactive, putting together a bespoke design without prompting, and updating it whilst I was making up my mind. Although we went in a different direction for aesthetics, I was impressed with the design service during the difficult times of the pandemic.

I regret buying this kitchen

When I first ordered this kitchen in July, I gave Brookman's a rave review. It is now mid-December, I do not have my kitchen yet, and I regret having purchased my kitchen from them. Despite having paid in full, the company just told us that it has stopped production on our kitchen, moving the installation date from 14 Dec to 11 Jan. Someone there is unhapy that the backdoor will be fully fitted four days after scheduled installation. Though we were willing to take the risk and even void the warranty, Brookmans made the decision to delay installation until mid-January. Customer service has been poor all along, but this unilateral decision to take our money, but not install our kitchen after 5 months of waiting is shocking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Brookmans to anyone. Take all the money you will spend and find a local cabinet maker to do the work. It will get to you faster.

Great service and a great product. What more do you need?

We've just paid a deposit for our Brookmans kitchen, as well as some fitted wardrobes, a utility room and study(!) and we couldn't be more excited. David Renney has been our design contact and has done a fantastic job in bringing our dreams to life, and we can't wait to progress to installation once we've made progress on the rest of the build. Great service, great product, and I'm sure I'll be leaving another positive review post-installation.

Our designer, Katie Dove, has been excellent in helping us plan our unique small kitchen to make best use of the space, offering creative solutions on storage and keeping in contact over design changes to ensure we get the perfect design solution. Having seen all the samples, we can't wait to have the kitchen installed.

Brookmans and senior designer Iona Dias…

Brookmans and senior designer Iona Dias were recommended to us by our interior designer--Lisa Mettis--whose client had just had a Brookmans kitchen installed. Brookmans kitchens are impressive--beautiful and wonderfully built. As soon as we saw them in the show room, we knew we wanted them in our home. And Iona was an absolute joy to work with--a great listener and creative thinker, her design captured exactly what we wanted in our kitchen. She was patient with us, working hard to accommodate our edits, and very quick to respond to our questions and ideas for edits. I recommend Brookmans and Iona very highly. We cannot wait to see her vision installed in our home.

5 Star service from Brookmans

The whole experience of buying a brand new Brookmans kitchen was made enjoyable and seamless for me by Iona Dias the Senior Designer at Heal’s. She guided me every step of the way and created a beautiful kitchen which I can’t wait to have installed. I cannot fault her level of professionalism and keen eye for detail and design. Brookmans value their customers and maintain client contact from initial visit right through to delivery.

I was looking for a particular kitchen…

I was looking for a particular kitchen aesthetic that combined both traditional and functional style, and Brookmans appeared to meet that brief. The design consultation was very useful providing solutions on areas where I thought might be challenging for a small galley kitchen. During the dry installation, I was kept informed of delivery, and any concerns I had with all aspects of the installation. At the end, the look and feel of my kitchen is exactly what I wanted from the quality of a Brookmans kitchen - I am also assured of their 10 year warranty and the excellent level of customer service throughout the process

She has made every effort to accommodate our requirements to the full, and within our budget.
