Darkness into light
My wife and I were recommended Brook Meade by Sam from Promethean and our whole experience has been fantastic. From our first contact through the entire process the service was amazing. We spoke to both Steph and Jasmine and they were so professional and also reassuring. They kept us informed every step of the way. They replied promptly every time we contacted them. Everything was explained and their positivity shone through which was important for us. When people find themselves in a dark place, it becomes all-encompassing. It takes a certain kind of person to bring you back to the light. We only wish we had contacted them sooner. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Steph and Jasmine were fantastic with dealing with my IVA. They contacted me at appropriate times around work and emailed to keep me updated. They made me feel at ease and helped me every step of the way. Cannot thank them enough. All of my worries have been solved because of this fantastic company. Can not recommend them enough, a friendly, professional and efficient service.
