My experience with Brooks and Kirk completing an assessor qualification was amazing. My work was marked extremely promptly and feedback on my work was always clear and easy to understand. Every staff member I had communications with were so helpful and professional and nothing was too much hassle. I would highly recommend Brooks and Kirk to anyone as I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and it has given me the opportunity to pursue an assessing career. Thank you very much.

Very informative and instructional tutorial videos to guide you through the course. Always on hand and keep in touch throughout the course. Easy to work around home/work commitments. I have completed 1 course, working through CAVA at the moment & may do more.

The course for immersive and whilst it provided a good degree of guidance, it also allowed and encouraged me to gain significant understanding of the peripheral aspects of the subject.

If you are looking to do the CAVA or IQA then look no further. I made the mistake of attempting to undertake the CAVA with another training provider before changing to B&K after encountering issues.
Many training providers will not inform you that you need access to learners in order to complete your qualification. Brooks and Kirk offer the complete package.

B&K were fantastic all the way through, the tutors are understanding, supportive, and friendly. The course was laid out well with everything accessible online through an online learning platform, allowing you to easily submit and retrieve work around your own commitments. I worked night shifts and i was supported including tutors contacting me around my work schedule and accommodating me where they could. This enabled me to train in assessment while working in my current employment which is something conventional education just does not offer.

I undertook both the CAVA and IQA here and i really enjoyed my time. Highly recommended.

The course was very informative and well-presented. It was straightforward to follow and gave you ample opportunity to research and study and the quizzes are an excellent way at allowing you to check your progress. The presenters also delivered the sessions quite well and I would recommend them to others.

Although I have not yet finished my CAVA qualification, I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the content, the easy-to-follow format of the course, the informative feedback of the assessors and how quickly they get your work graded and back to you. I am always receiving emails from the assessors offering their help and ensuring I am on track and happy. Despite this being an online course, the support really isn't any less. If you are contemplating studying with them, do not hesitate and enrol today! You won't be disappointed.

My experience with Brooks and Kirk has been very positive. I decided to enroll in an assessor course. I was a little afraid of how I would progress because I work four nights a week and English is my second language. But I got exactly what I needed. E- learning was a little hard to follow initially as my qualification was customised but Laura Kirk, Rebecca McGivern, Shannon and Svajone were very supportive

First class service from start to (nearly) finish. All the customer service team that I have spoken to and had dealings with have gone above and beyond to make the experience as streamlined as possible. My work on both the CAVA and AET courses has been marked within the deadline date with constructive feedback each time. The CAVA day observation in London was well organised and enjoyable. We were immediately put at ease by the lovely Laura. The online microteach with Dan was equally as well organised. It is clear that the whole team is passionate about the training they offer. Easy 5 stars.

I completed my CAVA course with Brooks & Kirk. The tutors are knowledgeable, supportive and there was always someone available to speak to whenever I called them. Their feedback was given in a timely manner and if any additional support was needed, they were always ready to help. Also, the customer service assistants are really amazing; Chris and Jenna are the ones I spoke the most who are very polite and will always go the extra mile to help the students.

I have recently completed the Level 4 Lead IQA course. Although I had a few issues with accessing some of the resources, my queries were acted upon promptly and efficiently. When I phoned Brookes and Kirk whoever I spoke to was always polite and extremely helpful.

Brooks and Kirk has changed my life. After a lot of research, on what qualifications needed to be able to transfer my hairdressing skills in a educational level, I've came across with Brooks & Kirk, and fair to say it was one of the best things that could have happened to me. Their professionalism and help is all you can ask for, and if I may say, after the first qualification, I'm at this moment on the middle of my 4th with them in less then 2 years, and I can't get enough of it.
I hope that all present and future team of Brooks and Kirk keep performing at the same level or higher with all their learners for many years to come.

Brooks and Kirke is one of the best assessors training institution. Excellent customer service, reasonable fees and learner-friendly course materials. I had completed CAVA, IQA and EPA training with them. Didn't face any issues. Laura, Dan, Rebbeca and Anzela are so friendly, professional, supportive and easy to approach. I am highly recommending them. You will not disappoint by taking any training from them. I wish they could offer more teaching courses instead just assessors' qualifications.
