i cant get my tax rebate back from…
i cant get my tax rebate back from brookdale, they have had my money since september 2023. i have emailed and had email back saying they have sent me a link to claim form and to fill it in, guess what, no claim form. i am now not getting a response. i have called them and no answer.
if you look on company how their accounts are overdue, looks to me as if they are having money problems. Any suggestions on how to get my money back would be helpful.

This company are fraudulent - don't be fooled
Do not deal with this company! Following several phone calls, emails and frustration, I finally spoke to an HMRC agent who assisted me.
Brooksdale have been highlighted to them on many occassions. They now carry out thorough checks (following hundreds of complaints) with the claimant named on the fraudulent R40 forms that Brooksdale submit to them. No payments are made to them any more.
Be warned, but am sure they will set up again under another name!

I'm still waiting for my tax refund f3om brooksdale there email isn't responding there's nowhere I can talk to somebody about where is as far as I can tell if you don't claim you refund back from the li k they send you within a week it's tuff luck I want what I'm owed can anybody tell me where I can sour e help to get my money as brooksdale seem to be non existing n9 matter where I look it's beginning to look like they have up and left off with alot of people's money

Nothing but a bunch of scammers and thieves! HMRC assure me that Brooksdale recieved my refund last July, they just keep denying they have ever recieved it and tell me HMRC are still reviewing my claim. Take my advice and steer well clear of them. I doubt now I will ever get my refund.

I have a diesel claim for 2 cars going through Brooksdale, which has been ongoing for over a year. Every 4 weeks or so I get an email from them to say there’s still no update. Today I’ve got an email asking me to make a claim! If a as if I haven’t been dealt with properly. I’m now annoyed and feel like this company have wasted my time!

Applied for PPI from an old credit card…
Applied for PPI from an old credit card back in August 2023. Recently got a letter from HMRC asking me for proof of my income to claim tax back for interest paid on my PPI claim. They want final response letter from company that maid the payment to me (ive not been sent payment or letter from the credit card company or Brooksdale) or certificate from the company that refunded me (ive had no refund).
When i emailed Brooksdale they wanted a copy of the letter/form. The form has been filled in and my signature forged by them. I have had no payment or info on any refund they have received from the credit card company in my name.
This morning i got an email wanting to work on my behalf to get money back for car tax.
Avoid these scammers at all cost. Im sure if there was a refund that i will not see any of it. All good reviews they have im guessing are fake

Never did I sign anything with this company I have NO paperwork or emails I don’t even know who they are. But I have been told by HM Revenue this company has my money. I’m heartbroken as I’m poor and just fighting to get through life. Can anyone help me please.

Absolute con artists, tell you they are going to claim for PPI for you, then hidden in the small print that they will act as agents with the HMRC for you. Claim tax rebates and steal a huge percentage of it. Run far away

This company are nothing short of scammers. I never signed up for their services but I thought never mind they have some money for me. They sent me a link that wouldn’t let me through any further so I was unable to access my money. Then all of a sudden they started ignoring my emails one which I recently sent this week. Am I due any interest they have earned on this money being in their bank? Probably not! Not a bad scam though is it?

Do Not Use them for ppl claims. The Tax Office send them cheques, they claim they 'did not receive their cheque' from our trusted Tax Office. Who do you believe!
