major scam. do NOT conduct business with this company at all. they steal your info and never deal with mortgage company at all. shameful bunch of individuals.

To whom it may concern, i hope you guys could help me please. I was working with Jake snow and gabby Lopez, Jake told me they will lower my mortgage payment, it never happen, Jake told me not to pay my mortgage payment just pay the Brookstone solutions 1,500 for 4 months, Jake told me that they will be able to help me lower my mortgage payment, it never happen. Please refund my money back. I was 4 months behind my mortgage. It is not fair. Gabby and Jake told me that they will be able to help me. It never happen. Brookstone solutions took my money and never help me at all, that is so sad. I just loss my only son. In a tragic accident. You guys never help me at all. Roy McLane. Jane Smith. Jake (Jacob) Snow, Esq. If you are contacted by any of these individuals, run the other away. This is not what you think. Have they "GUARANTEED" you everything will be fine? They do this all the time? They "never lost one home"? Yeah. I heard that all too. Especially if you live outside of California, the "attorneys" and the "litigation" is a bunch of BS. You need to be licensed in the State you are threatening to file litigation in. Go to you State website and find help there. I promise you, these reviews are as fake as they come. Come back in a few months and see how much has changed. Brookstone Solutions does nothing but collect your money each month. Before you know it, a Sherrifs Sale sign will be on your door.

You are making a big mistake by working with this company. You will lose your house after they take $4000 of your money!!!

To date my husband & I and our 5 grandchildren. Put our home in the hands or the lord Jesus Christ. &. Doug. &. Gabby. Brooks tone solutions is very caring I could barely breathe with stress I had before coming aboard with Doug & Gabby at Brookstone solutions. I feel we are in good hands I feel blessed. !!! We also owed a balloon payment on our home of 40,000 this coming September. &. Doug told me not too worry it’s taken care of . Brookstone solutions is a god sent we appreciate them so much. My husband & I. & our 5 granchildren. Being a senior citizen. I can’t stop drying my eyes. We are so fortunate. & blessed. We don’t have to sell our memory’s. Andrea💕

They can not do anything for you They will run you around for six month a latter on transfer you to another person in the same group under a different name still wanting you themclose to $4000 l nearly lost my home so l end up sell the house am planning to sue them they nothing but scammers

Honestly all the hard work and dedication, as well as the personal relations. All parties that we worked with Brian Harlo, Jane Smith were amazing! I would recommend you all over and over to anyone in need! You all did a fantastic job, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I got a call from Nathan Cohen at Brookstone Solutions after I went online to look for help with my mortgage because my lender wasn’t willing to help me. Nathan took on my case and I also had Gabby as my processor who processed my file from the beginning to the end. They both did such an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the entire step of the way. I was able to save about $156 a month on my new mortgage payment BUT they were able to get rid of close to $7800 of back payments that I had which was the most important part! I am very disappointed my payment was 1100 a month and at 3,5% Nathan said they were confident to get my payment 951.00 and 2 % for the rest of the loan but now I am in worst shape 1200 and because interested is going up because incompetent government still don't know dont know % rate very said to take advantage of people 3700 was payment

I am beyond grateful for Nathan Cohen at Brookstone solutions!! He literally saved our home from being sold from Wells Fargo!! We were 7 months behind on our mortgage due to loss of work because of covid and the bank put a auction sale date on our property for Oct 21st but thanks to Nathan and his amazing team at brookstone. Not a good experience at all!! I was contacted by this company and the rep, Doug Jonson was nice the FIRST time. After that he began pressuring me, demanding that I “call by noon or he won’t help me,” and had the nerve to then tell me that “I should have my mental health checked & get some help and that he was putting me on the dnc list & needed to protect himself from people like me,” after I stood up for myself & said he was predatory & unprofessional. They contacted me, not the other watt around. And the BBB link takes you to their profile & clearly states they are NOT BBB accredited. At times like this I don’t need more stress, threats or lies & clearly this company wasn’t contacting me to help me as shown by their actions, their derogatory comments about me & stating I’m on the dnc list. Sounds pretty helpful, huh? Very unprofessional & out of line, not to mention rude.

Gabby was very helpful, we were behind our mortgage and with her help we were able to become current.Our payment lowered more than we expected.My husband and I are so thankful for all her help and for Brookstone, there are the best. She always kept us updated and Andrew was always available to answere any questions and concerns we had on our account.

I am so relieved 🥲 we was at our last option, and loosing our minds . The bank who finance our home was giving us the run around they supposed to help us with our loan modification. Well let me tell you up to this day they can’t seems to get my documents right, and continues to say they have not received the documents. Well I got a call from brookstone solutions and this guy Nantan Cohen I spoke too was so well mannered and explained everything so straight forward , he gives me such a relief, now my husband and I are so happy that we will not loose our home 🏡. Thank you so much Cohen . My stress level went down . Thanks 😊 again. I will definitely recommend Nantan Cohen to my friends if they needs help or anyone.

We were 12 months behind, had just gotten a foreclosure notice when Nathan Cohen contacted us. He completely put my mind at ease when he and his team began working on my mortgage problems. His responses to my questions was always prompt. His answers were clear and enabled me to finally feel I was going to be ok and our home would be saved. Nathan gave us the highest level of customer service and support. I would recommend Nathan if you need help with the process of saving your home.

My journey begin when my company closed during Covid and my income was cut in half. I receive social security but I just could not afford to pay my mortgage in full so I feel behind. My bank helped out but I fell way behind and they only wanted to help by putting all of my late payments at the end of my loan. As time went by I was able to get another job and my income improved. My bank seemed to only want me to pay off all of my missed payments, and wow!! that would have been a lot of money. Well, I went on line and got in touch with Brookstone Solutions. Andrew Dunn explained how I could get all of my missed mortgage payments forgiven and even lower my mortgage payments. I followed Mr. Dunn's procedure and sent in documents and paid a small fee compared to what I would have owed if I had to pay all of my missed mortgage payments! Now, I am completely satisfied and all my payments that were missed when I got hehind in my paying my mortgage got completely forgiven! My interest rate got lowered and my mortgage payments are so much lower now. I want to thank Andrew Dunn, and the whole staff at Brookstone Solutions for helping to change my life for the better!! I love Brookstone Solutions and I would refer them to anyone who needs help with their mortgage especially when their bank doesn't do very much to assist and only wants you to repay them all of your missed payments you got behind on. I thought my husband and I were about to lose our home before Nathan from Brookstone Solutions reached out to us! We were behind about 6 months, we tried contacting our lender but they didn’t help us at all. Nathan explained how the program works and held our hand throughout the entire process. I was a bit skeptical at first because it just sounded to good to be true but Nathan really took the time to explain everything and was very patient with us.
