I ordered over $100 worth of clothing for my OWN christmas present FROM my grandparents as my gift and it’s such a let down because I now know this site is a scam and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received anything. No tracking number or confirmation was sent to us either. Idk how to tell them and it breaks my heart to know their money has been wasted. THIS SITE IS NOT THE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY !!

I haven't received my order 3 months later, received an email last week after I contacted them 3 times to tell me to be patient....

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two flannel jackets 3 months ago. They haven’t arrived, and I don’t think they’re going to. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got no reply. I really just want my money back. Definitely a scam. And the other reviews all point to the same conclusion I’ve made. It’s a shame that people have it in them to steal from other people who go out on a limb to support their small business. Really awful.

I ordered a couple weeks ago two pairs of jeans for $50 dollars and they arrived and look nothing like the pictures. They are not worth the money spent. This site is a fraud.

Shady business trying to get one over on consumers. Ordered on September 27th and still have not gotten my order. Have emailed them several times telling them their business was crooked. After my experience and having seen other reviews, I told them to refund me my money and i have also reported them to ecommerce. Let the government handle them now

I bought a gray fuzzy jacket on here, took so long to order and when I tried looking at the whereabouts of this “sweater” that was taking a month of receive it said “error found” I luckily got it but it didn’t look anything like pics and was stiff and a printed on design. Do not shop from here. Horrible

i ordered 6 pairs of jeans a month ago and they haven't come yet. i didn't receive a confirmation or a tracking adress. HORRIBLE DO NOT GET THINGS FROM HERE

I paid $50 for a thick gray coat, and I received a very thin sheet of fabric (literally a cheap white piece of fabric cut and sewn to resemble a coat -- I could've made the coat myself) with a design printed on instead. The color and design were completely different from what was shown in the photos. I tried to return the coat and repeatedly had a representative just offer my a $5USD GIFT CARD instead of the $50 I paid. Why the heck would I need a $5 gift card for a store that sells crap quality products? So I can accumulate even more cheap fabric I could've bought from a nearby store for 50 cents?? The representative even had the audacity to suggest I gift the coat to family, friends, or colleagues. Because clearly I would want to gift my loved ones with useless crap that I would never want to wear or keep. Do not buy from this website. Unless you just want to blow off money to support a scam company.

complete scam the jeans were terrible and it won’t let me return them

This brand is terrible. One email apologizing for slow shipping when they promote quick shipping. It’s been a month and it still hasn’t shipped. I’m gonna try to cancel it because it’s most definitely a scam and I’m over it now.

I should have checked this site out before I tried to place an order. I thought it was strange that I did everything, placed the order, put email info etc, paid with paypal and then the site closed on it's own. I never received a confirmation email, kept checking paypal and my bank info, nothing. So, that's a good thing, but this site is definitely a fraud.

I ordered a pair of pants which look nothing like the photo when i tried to track my order it took me to this app and i downloaded it the app gave me zero info and then they never emailed me my order number and when i tried to track my order in the page it said page can not be found the pants took over a month to arrive

Do not shop here. I ordered a grey plaid jacket from here which took over a month to arrive and looks nothing like the advertised image. It's blue and the material looks plastic.

i had barely any communication from this brand. i thought i got scammed because when i used paypal it didnt even say that my money went to Brosage, it said a completely different name. i ordered a dress which looked like a really nice green/blue colour. it turned up and it looks like a goddam costume.its alot more pigmented than what was shown. very very dissapointed.

I ordered my items about a month ago and completely forgot about it until about a week ago, I've gotten no emails and have reached out to customer support multiples times with no response. don't shop here, go to pretty little thing or some other site with decent clothes at a good price. I don't think I'll be getting my item, at least not any time soon.

I make order 16 days ago and my order is still pending (no tracking available) ...seems I am not only one who wait for order from brosage :) I might take contact also to PayPal get my money back
