Unfortunately, the parcel could not be delivered by Royal Mail due to an issue with that address. When we later contacted you to verify the details, you confirmed that the address provided was incorrect.

Please note that the shipping information used is exactly what is submitted during checkout and is also clearly visible in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund in this case, as the issue did not originate from a production or logistics error.

That said, we have made efforts to assist by offering a reshipment to the correct address so you can still receive your item. Initially, this was offered free of charge. However, as of April 1st, reshipments due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are subject to an additional shipping fee.
