Excellent customer service.
I bought the wrong shade of cover for my bolster. I rang the office who were most helpful and the correct shade was sent out the next day.

Very pleased with experience with this company. I have had buckwheat pillows from many years and needed to replace them, so glad I brought from Brow Farm - the quality of pillow is excellent so comfortable. The dispatch and delivery is fast, will happily use again in the future and recommend them.

Ordered a buckwheat yoga bolster. Item arrived on time, packaged well. Really pleased with the quality of the product. It is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend item.

We received our buckwheat pillows today...delivery the day after ordering. They are lovely. Great quality covers and the filling is better even than we had hoped. No doubt about it, we have changed our pillows immediately. Recommended!

I've bought Barley Flour from Brow Farm a few times before and have to say that the level of service has been consistently excellent. My flour has been of good quality, delivered quickly and well packaged. At each stage, from ordering to post-delivery, I was sent emails notifying me of what was happening with my order. No complaints from this happy customer!

I ordered two pillows w/ two pillow cases. However, Brow Farm did not pack the pillow cases. When I informed Brow Farm, they sent two cases. It has been two weeks and the cases have not arrived.

When I reached out to Brow Farm, Brow Farm stated that the cases are with the courier and that replacement items will not be sent.

This would have been an easy fix if Brow Farm just sent two replacement cases - instead this has become a poor customer experience.

The quality of the product is fantastic. I was looking for a large holdall to use for my bolster and this is perfect. The customer service was excellent and i would recommend the company and yoga products.

Fantastic service, product and price! Lovely to buy a fairly local product that is so fantastic! Very hard to find a buckwheat pillow that is the size of a normal UK pillow to fit into a U.K. pillow case. Fast delivery with a decent courier, no Hermes! A buckwheat pillow was recommended by a world renowned Ehlers Danlos hypermobility therapist as her clients’ favourite pillow for neck and spine comfort. I was using deep fill feather pillows before. But this is better,

I wanted to buy wheat grain and a mill with which to grind it and bake bread. This website looked very promising but, just to be on the safe side, I phoned them and got a friendly voice at the other end giving me all of the information I needed. I bought the victorio hand-mill with a bucket of wheat grain and 3KG of sprouting grain so that I could have a go at growing a patch of wheat myself.
The hand mill and sprouting wheat arrived first (the day after I placed my order) along with a FREE 3KG bag of wheat grain. The day after my 20KG bucket of wheat arrived.
Grinding the wheat is somewhat laborious and takes a while; you have to keep tapping around the top of the mill to knock the grains down to grind them BUT if you have a power-cut you can still use it and the biggest bonus of all is that 1KG of wheat grain produces 2KG of flour! Amazing! When you clean the mill afterwards be sure to dry it completely otherwise the metal parts will start rusting.
To begin with you have to mix it with ordinary white flour or sieve the stuff otherwise you'll be spending a lot of time in the smallest room in the house :) Once you get used to it though the flavour as compared to the usual rubbish you buy in the supermarket is absolutely superb. It was well worth the initial investment of buying the hand-mill since it is going to turn out to be fantastic value for the money (100 lbs of flour for £19.95). Beautiful!
