Works for one minute and then my eyebrowhairs won't stay in place and nope Hase nothing to do with application because I tried different ways. Musst be my eyebrows I guess
I tried you Anleitung and it still doesn't work so no I'm not doing anything wrong but thank you for trying to tell me I to stopped to fallow easy instructions. Great costumer service. Why not just admit that your product does not work on all eyebows types.

The sticky feeling indicates that you might be committing one of the most common brow soap mistakes, because if used correctly, the brow soap should not leave any sticky feeling. Most of the time, a sticky feeling is the result of using too much moisture or product. If the brow soap is too wet, or you are using too much product, then it can't dry properly. It is therefore super important that you use the correct amount of moisture and product. You can either activate the brow soap with 1-2 pumps of Face Spritz, or the brow brush with 2-3 pumps. Either way, less is more - the brow soap should only be damp and not wet. Also, make sure that you are not picking up too much product. A thin layer is all you need.

Leaves no color on brows
Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. It doesn’t leave any color on my brows. Only a sticky feeling. I wouldn’t recommend the product.

If used correctly, the brow soap shouldn't leave any sticky feeling. Pus, depending on the amount of product used, you should be able to build up the color intensity.

Worlds best brow product
I use your Brow Soap Brown and the Face Spray for 1 1/2 week and I‘m thrilled!
Unfortunately in my youth I plucked my eyebrows too often. Now there are gaps in some places. With your product I get it moulded and fixed, so that it‘s fuller and look more even. The entire ordering process went smoothly and I received my order within 2 days.
