We have lived in our house for over… 44 years

We have lived in our house for over forty years, we're elderly first time sellers, so obviously very anxious, hesitant and unsure about the whole process of moving.
Luke came to give us our valuation and then we met the rest of the Brown and Cockerill family. After two potential properties for us to buy fell through, we were grateful for the help, support and valuable advice that we received. Without their guidance we may well of given up the hope of moving and stayed where we were .. so special thanks to Luke, Matt and Ellie.

Outstanding Team

Brown and Cockerill handled the sale of my mothers bungalow and I have nothing but praise for the whole team, in particular Luke Bayliss who's professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. The team provided clear guidance on every step of the process and kept me informed of every development, while offering sound advice for any questions that I had.
All in all the process was made straight forward by an excellent team.
