Absolute joke avoid this garage at all cost

Absolute joke.

Booked car in for weird noise on Thursday. Asked them to diagnose and quote. Thursday evening phoned them as not heard anything. I was told car was now undriveable and needs wheel bearings which they said they can’t get until Monday, but still no quote. They promised to phone me on Friday with a quote. Nothing. Monday nothing. Tuesday they finally gave me a quote after I phoned them again. They included items I told them to ignore as I was aware of them and would see to it separately. Told them to just give my car back as their stories didn’t line up and they had the audacity to charge me for their time.
