Brilliant
Great range of books, usually reasonable prices, shipping that ranges from lightning fast to reasonable, and I absolutely rate the people I talk to when I phone up with questions or phone customer service. Yes, A**zon might have better prices (but at what cost?), but the people at Browns are brilliant - whether through phone or email, when I contact them they are without exception amazing, very lovely, friendly, and so helpful. I work in a college library and will always choose Browns over other companies.
