I placed a order for first time it came with some products burst opened when I phoned to let them knoknow they responded very quickly and resolved it immediately very good customer service and my dog loves the food too

At present Brown’s pet range seems to be out of stock for most of its posh nosh dog food range which has really caught me out as I can’t reorder.I hope this is a temporary situation.

Although the soft toy I ordered for my dog was out of stock, they had the courtesy to actually phone me, tell me that & offer an alternative. They also threw in a bag of dog treats! Excellent customer service.
