SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY. The item did not do what it was supposed to do, and didn't look anything like their promo videos. It was within the 30 days return full refund period as per their website. So when I asked about returning the product I was told that it had to be returned in its original packaging otherwise they wouldnt accept it (who keeps original packaging these days). They also said they don't supply a return label, meaning I would have to pay for the return.
I said as I live in Australia, and Australia Post is NOT delivering to the USA at present, I was unable to return it. All they offered me was a 30% refund.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM !! i ORDERED ONE STAMP SET AND WAS BILLED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT. A FEW WEEKS LATER I HAVE BEEN BILLED AGAIN--? HAVE SENT THEM AN EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW !!

They charged me for expedited shipping even though i explicitly took that off because who cares how long it takes to get here. And it's going to take 5 to 7 business days to get to me! That is not expedited. I'm waiting to hear back from their "customer service" if they will refund the shipping. If they do i will remove this review...

I was recently scammed by this company. Ordered a 1 pack eyebrow kit for 8.99 usd and subsequently charged an extra 51 usd and subscribed without my consent. I complained by email and they then offered a small partial refund of 12.75 usd. They tried to blame me for ticking the subscription and the extra 3 pack on my own when I never did. Anywho they’ve been reported for fraud. Don’t buy from this Company! They are deceptive and have horrible reviews. So many other people had the same thing happen to them. I don’t even want their product anymore! Imagine having their deceptive product on your eyebrows 🤮

I ordered a stamp set from Brow Pro recently, and during the payment I felt I was overwhelmed by all the flashing lights and jumping screens. When I tried to cancel the order, I politely emailed the company asking for a refund. The replying email was ridiculous, full of blabber about the company and not even mentioning the refund... it took me 3 or 4 emails and I still only got half back... only to find the next month they took the money again!.. several emails later, I still have not been refunded...
It's a big " DONT BUY" from me..
PS... it's now 4 months later and I've just received an email from them saying I need to edit my review or it won't be published! So they still haven't published it! Surprise surprise.... not a reputable company in any way shape or form. Shame on you Browpro!!!!!

Really I would give this company no stars if I had the choice. Video shows the stamp with hair lines on the arm. This product has a foam applicator that is solid in color. Just a cheap powder that smudges and will wipe off when you touch it. It’s definitely not waterproof and definitely doesn’t stay on. Don’t waste your money.

This company is a scam. I order 2 boxes for $19.24 was sent 7 boxes and billed $89.72. Still waiting for the refund on 5 boxes that where returned. The next month I was billed $31.63 twice for a total of $63.26. Sent a emailed for a refund and was told I couldn't have it because I clicked the box for a monthly membership. No box ever came up for that so I know I didn't click it. There is a lot of complaints stated the same issue. Don't order from this company that goes by several names.

I ordered one item from browpro, but have had repeated, different amounts taken from my account. totalling nearly £100.
PayPal are not interested and Browpro have nor replied to my emails.
To add insult to injury, the thing that I did order and pay for has not arrived either.
Total Scam

I purchased 1 stamp in their black Friday sale at the cost of $15. Then they proceeded to take 2 more charges from my bank amounting to an extra $110 dollars.
Immediately emailed them. Got a response 6hrs later saying I had ordered extra packs. Which I DID NOT. Offered me faster delivery and a refund of $12. I emailed back saying that I wanted a full refund for extra charges. Two days later am still waiting for reply. Which i had seen this forum before purchasing.

I ORDERED THIS 3 MONTHS AGO, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WITH NO RESOLUTION. THE HAVE BEEN DRAFTING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR ITEMS I DID NOT REQUEST. THEY SUGGESTED THAT I SEND THE ITEMS BACK FOR A REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT PAYPLAY NEEDS TO REFUND ME.
I AM OUT $127.00 FOR A $9.00. PRODUCT!!!!

It wipes off with a tissue said it was water proof it’s a ripoff

I purchased one item today and upon checking my credit card noticed that I had been charged for an additional items I did not authorize. I am currently trying to get a full refund for all these charges and will advise once I have a response.

Would recommend if you want a polished look fast. Color selection is good. The stamp does dry slightly in hot bathroom, but still usable. CS guided me through reactivation technique.

The result is incredible. My arches are defined and even. Stamp doesn’t leave residue outside shape. Took 3 tries to get perfect but it’s worth it. The brand helped me with tips right away.

This stamp works way faster than my eyebrow gel. I have tremors in my hand but even so it's much easier. The powder felt smooth. I contacted them once via email about shade match and they were professional and kind. Excellent.

Brows look good even after mask wearing (covid mask). No rub off. Took some practice to align. Company sent extra stencil when I asked. Super service.

Went to order product.
Got to end And I was "Blacklisted"
What's this s...?
Never bought from this company, or do they have other dodgy companies under a different name and products that I have reported.

Don't buy from them.
