Great product but even better customer…

Great product but even better customer service. Unfortunately can't afford a subscription right now, however, they were so nice and helpful cancel my subscription for me and very pleasant. It's rare these days to get great customer service, especially when you are cancelling with a company, I am pleased with this product and with this experience.

DON'T DO IT, IT'S A TRAP

I thought I'd treat myself and buy a Browpro Simone Stamp for my very thin eyebrows. That was the way we plucked them when I was young. They don't grow back as well. Anyway I went onto the Browpro Simone Stamp website and clicked on the button that I would like one stamp and preferred powder shade and shape of brow stamp and thought I was paying USD$8.99 for the 1 stamp and powder plus shipping. Well next thing I know I'm apparently buying a set of 3 stamps and the powders for USD$51 plus the original one and also signing up for regular payments to receive more brow stamps!!! Well this was all news to me and after doing some research I found it has happened to a lot of other people as well. I think they make their website a little confusing just to get you to click on stuff you didn't ask for in the first place. Anyway I emailed them and their first response was to offer 25 % of the USD$51 back. Well I politely told them no and requested the full amount back and to remove the regular payments that they were going to take from my credit card. Luckily I use PayPal so they do not have my credit card details. Tonight I received another email, we'll give you 50% of the USD$51 back!! Once again I told them no, I want the full amount back to my PayPal account. In the meantime I reported what they were doing to PayPal and they put a stop on the credit card so that can't take any more payments out in the future. PayPal are supposedly trying to get my money back so we will see what happens. Nothing happens quickly except the taking of money from your account. It's like lightning!!! Anyway anyone that would like to throw some of their money their way go to their tricky little website and you'll have the privilege of a ton of brow stamps too.

Doubles and tripples your order without asking. Slow answer does not refund had to get credit card to reimburse. These are scam artist. DO NOT USE……

I absolutely love the Simone Browpro…

I absolutely love the Simone Browpro Stamp.. it’s easy to apply and my brows are perfectly even.. best make up addition!! I’m so glad I took a chance and tried this. The customer service is amazing as well. Very courteous and fast responses. Thank you for this company and thank you for this product..this is my 2nd order..

The items are true to colour & easy to apply.

I ordered the Brow Pro but didn't see the offer directly underneath offering an extra pack of 3. I was charged for 4 items that l didn't want & inadvertently joined some club which cost more money. I immediately emailed the company & explained & they cancelled the membership & issued a 50% refund & refunded the 3 items l had accidently ordered. I'm a pensioner so this was a big relief. The agent was very helpful & understanding. The item itself is brilliant. Reasonably priced, easy to apply & washes off if you make a mistake & looks totally natural. Not available anywhere else.

Scammy

I ordered one brow stamp (black) which I was charged $15 for, all was well. When I received it in the mail, I was sent 4 eyebrow stamps along with 4 of something else for blonde hair. My total came to over $150. I never ordered or approved of any of this. Customer Service claimed, "It appears that additional items were added at checkout through our optional post-purchase offers (upsells). These offers appear after the initial checkout, and it’s possible the “Accept” button was tapped instead of the decline option, which caused the extra items to be added." In the end, they only refunded me $30 and I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I have no use for.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BROW PRO

I bought these in good faith on December 5, 2025. They took forever to arrive, as they come from China. I did not know that or I would have skipped ordering. They are not bad, but the stamps come off easily.

Today , January 11, 2026, I was charged $33 out of the blue. Luckily my bank contracted me, thought it was a fraudulent charge, and they denied it and locked my card. Very crooked company. I did not buy a subscription, but they bill you as if you did.

I ordered two as i wanted to try them…

I ordered two as i wanted to try them but didn't know which colour or how it would look. Like others they took money from my account for 3 extras...i did not authorise this svd it was taken separately from my account, not within the initial purchase. I sent to support my request, they offered 25% reduction which has now changed to 30%. I emailed back and to support i wanted a refund. No response, response came later, they do not offer free labels but likewise did not give me an address. In a worry I used my pay pal to help me and sent to their company again. They are giving me my refund svd i do not need to send the good back. Thankfully, once i used my paypal, all is now good. Just not my toe of product and do feel you need to check everything carefully.

This brow stamp holds up SO well

This brow stamp holds up SO well. I put it on at 7am and it still looked fresh at night. The powder doesn’t smear and the stencil shape looks really flattering. Definitely sticking with it.

I bought a brow stamped from this site. They add on fake charges.

I bought a brow stamped from this site. 15 dollar purchase. That's approved. I did that. Once PayPal sale was done brought me to a screen that said complete purchase. Which I get a lot when I use PayPal. And it tacked on this 54 dollar bullshit recurring charge. My bank denied it but my husbands bank did not and the charge went thru. This is fraudulent.

I had an awful stressful experience

I had an awful stressful experience. I ordered one brow stamp and soon after the company had somehow gone through PayPal to do an order for 3 more which I didn’t do. I cancelled my card but some time after another transaction went through from my other account with PayPal for monthly subscription as VIP customer. Fortunately my banks have been able to refund the money but I’d advise not to order from this company. I’m not the only one this has happened to. The product is not great and they are scammers. Do not order anything from them.

BROWNPRO EYEBROW STENCIL ..These people have nerve

These people have nerve! I received a message that said that they have acted appropriately after I lodged an initial complaint about their deceiful practice. I ordered one single stencil..no extras, just one stencil in black
My account was charged for multiple stencils and not only once...twice!!!!!
When I inquired about this,the response was that I " had 'clicked' on various options and multiple stencils in my order"which is untrue. I cannot possible do anything with so many eyebrow stencils. I was changed over $80.00 instead of just $26.00 approx. I was charged for shipping three times even though all items arrived eventually in one package.
Notably, I contacted this company within a day or so about the charges and to cancel the order and was told that the item had left their warehouse.
They also advised that I could return the item.
It took more than five weeks for the stencil to arrive (it was shipped from within Australia..usual delivery time from anywhere is max 7 days ) and I was astonished to receive so many stencils. Non was black. They were BLOND.
To return them, I was instructed to send them to the USA to arrive within 10 days. This meant via air and with insurance. This amount would have cost around $40.
I was literally FORCED TO accept a 50% settlement as there was no other option.
This company is a scammer. And I suspect that I am not the only person who has been 'snookered'.
I re-affirm my advice. Do not order/ purchase from BrownPro. You can purchase a product like they offer from TEMU and you will be treated with respect and with honesty.
