They are frauds,I still not getting my order from last 3months,my order amount is 5200INR! I’m such a looser ! I want my money

This store is a total scam. They take your money but never deliver the goods.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. I placed an order on March 10th, by mistake the compiler incorrectly loaded the name of the shipping address. I wrote an email to report the matter, no response. I trusted in the fact that they used the billing data, (vain hope as I later learned...). I wrote again and again. Absolute nothingness. In the meantime, last week I received an email from the courier that the order had been delivered, obviously not to me!!! I wrote again, this morning I also used the chat, guess what??? “all operators are busy, please send an email”. SHAMEFUL!!!!

Ordered a couple of body suits . Arrived - was of ill fitting and too large . Have emailed company for return and refund . No response . Tried live chat and useless . Will escalate to ombudsman . Avoid .

Ordered straightening hair cream and received a hair mask !

Browsluv are a total scam. I paid for Straightening cream on insta, £17.00 thrown away. I have not received anything nor have they replied to my four emails. I have asked for my money back, but nothing. They are a scam company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The product I received did not perform as advertised, and despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service for a return, I received no response. This lack of communication and failure to stand behind their product is highly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to others.

Total scam!!! I wish I had found these reviews before I made a purchase. If you are lucky enough to see these reviews, take note! I purchased a strapless bra based on the size chart and it was completely inaccurate! Bra was WAY too small. I emailed customer support as instructed to do so requesting a return. I received no response to either of my 2 emails, nor would they respond via the “live chat”. Don’t waste a single dime purchasing anything from this company!

Purchased bras from them. I ordered sizes according to their size chart. When they arrived they were not the size as stated. I contacted them for an address to return them. They were rude in their response. And kept asking for a video. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No apology for the bras not being sold as the sizes stated on their advert. I stated these are defects as the sizes arent as you advertised. They said they might give a partial refund. But kept going back and forth with silly email responses to me. Do not buy from this company its just pure headache. Rubbish bras too. Seriously really stay away from them unless you want to waste money on products you cant use

Purchased a tanning cream. The ETA time was advertised as 7-14 days. Received it in month and a half. All damaged. Leaking from the jar into a box. Dried out not usable. Reported to the sender. They asked me for the video which I sent right away. A month passed since then and no response from them whatsoever. NOT A RELIABLE SERVICE

Bought the lip plumper. Absolute rubbish. Chinese crap. Slight tingle but no plumping. Avoid this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
Order was never received & customer service have ignored all my correspondence requesting the item be traced. It has been almost a month since tracking information stated it was in transit with the driver.
i have asked for a refund but they still ignore me.

Products are crap. They do not respond to emails, or their online chat bot, or their insta DMs.

It shouldn’t be this hard to get a response.

Scam company. They don't have a legitimate postal address anywhere and their customer service doesn't respond to emails. Terrible experience.

I placed an order and there was NO email confirmation. I contacted them via Instagram, via chat, and by email to their customer service support and they have not responded at all. Nothing.
The good review on this sight is most likely from the pseudo company.

Update: this company is a verified SCAM and I have reported them to the FTC (federal trade commission). They are on their radar now.

Update: I was contacted by the company via email. I will update once again as my product shows “en route.” We will see. Update to come.
