I ordered from browspop on the 9th of…

I ordered from browspop on the 9th of May while reading the reviews I was quite impressed and excited for my order. MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE! I emailed customer service to ask where my parcel is and they insisted it was delivered and would get back to me when they know more. Since June till August 9th I have sent 3 more emails and have not received a reply and have also contacted them on social media I.e Instagram where they have replied to me once but never again. I wrote a review as a comment on two of their posts which they have deleted and another one which they have made invisible. I’m beyond disgusted with this so called ‘business’ and I have 100% learned my lesson on not trusting reviews WHO ARE WRITTEN BY THEIR WORKERS. To this day I have not received my product or my money and quite honestly I am not stopping till I receive either one. I work hard for my money and deserve it back. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Hope this review helps others who are considering purchasing from this stupid ‘business’.
