I found a large velvet some tub chair…

I found a large velvet some tub chair on broxle as well as four beautiful carved natural bedside tables. All the products were delivered in a weeks' time and are of good quality. I am well pleased and would certainly recommend the company.

Scam company

Scam company. Search on Google Maps for the address that they provide as their business address. There are multiple similar companies out there that all seem to offer cheap, badly made lights imported from China. Avoid.

Bought a crystal chandelier from Broxle…

Bought a crystal chandelier from Broxle which arrived in four days time. I am so pleased with the quality, it is genuine crystal, well packaged, and much more affordable! I will definitely order again.

Total scam do not use

Light was ordered, it took ages to come and when it need it had engrave marks all over one side of the glass I requested a refund and refund. I was told on email twice a refund would be sent but still nothing and now no one responds to my emails. Total scam

I had a Skylar chandelier from this…

I had a Skylar chandelier from this company and the shipping was a month, nothing broke, everything is whole. The chandelier looks very beautiful! I would say that their tracking page needs to improve, but I was able to track by Royal Mail. Jacob in customer service was also extremely helpful. I will definitely order some wall lights from Broxle and recommend.

This is a scam don’t use them. They have a very convincing website. We placed an order and immediately received an email that the products would be despatched within 1-4 days. We heard nothing for about ten days. We tried calling during their office hours 11-15. There was no answer and no response to either voice messages or emails. Eventually they sent us a tracking number with Royal Mail. Every time we checked the tracking number the result was that the number didn’t exist. We eventually called Royal Mail and the tracking numbers were fraudulent. DO NOT USE THEM

We ordered 3 x Pendant lights in…

We ordered 3 x Pendant lights in September, still waiting for them as of today 16th November. Never answer calls. Asked for a refund but said they couldn’t until we received the lights (What a laugh!) same experience as other reviews. They are a scam company! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! Luckily Our bank Natwest will refund the money after 21 days of promised delivery. Once we did manage to get hold of Lucy In “Customer services” she was sniggering as my wife lost her temper, complete scam!

Just not trustworthy

Just not trustworthy. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. My experience is very similar to Giles, and I can fully believe Natasha's experience too. I made the mistake of purchasing 2 light fittings from Broxle about 3 weeks ago. Two days after making the
online purchase I tried to cancel the order. Shouldn't have been a problem given UK consumer rights and the refund policy the company claims to offer. So I call Broxle during their 11am to 3pm window, but guess what - there's no answer. No problems, I leave a message on the answering service and write an email requesting to cancel the order, but then a few days later I receive an automatic email confirmation that the product has just been dispatched to the courier. Err, what? When Jodie from Broxle eventually replies to a few frantic emails from me it's to say I will have to return the products after they are delivered. I write back immediately to say that the tracking information tells me the product is still 'order ready' (i.e. not in transit) according to their website, and could she please contact the courier to cancel the order, or provide me the details to do so. Needless to say these things did not happen. Over two weeks have passed since then, and the item is still listed as 'order ready' on Broxle's website. It's also been six days since my last email and they haven't even responded to tell me who the courier is, where the item currently is, or when I can expect to receive it. No one ever picks up the phone. In short, I now have little faith that I will receive the products, let alone get a refund when I return them.

Very slow delivery, poor quality item. Site filled with fake reviews?

I spent what I thought was a lot of money for an expensive, high quality light. When the light finally turned up it was incredibly cheaply made with no bulbs and no means of connecting it to power, just 8 individual wires. The "instructions" were one A5 badly photocopied sheet with 3 very unhelpful steps on.

I went to leave a review for the light that I had bought but then realised that there is actually no way to leave a review. This makes me wonder how the other 150+ VERY positive reviews were made. Reading the reviews it seems very unlikely that they are genuine.

I had contacted the company before delivery to ask where the item was. It had been 3 weeks since I had ordered and there was no sign. The item was shipped direct from China which is why it took so long to arrive. The company phone lines never seem to be manned with a "please call back during business hours" message despite me phoning during business hours. The e-mail response I got was pretty rude.
