Wow... i have the BRU machine as a backer. So i took a leap of faith in the company, but what a product they delivered!! I am not joking, if you told me they have been doing this for years I would have believed you.

Looks amazing, works perfectly and everything is thoughtfully worked out.

The machine works universal with all tea sorts, bags, loose leaf, whatever you want. Truly worth the price!!!

I'm using BRU tea maker for more than three months, and I'm really happy with the product. It's easy to use and the quality of the drink is very good.
The team is always helpful and providing the supports quickly and adequately.

After all the delays and incidents resulting from the covid crisis, I finally got my machine delivered last month, and what a joy ! Very good looking, easy to use and easy to clean, I'm really happy with my BRU : it doesn't make a lot of noise like my old kettle and now it's always fun to make a cup of tea, even in the middle of the night !

I give 5 stars as the product is awesome & it meets my high expectations.

Please bring the mobile app for it ASAP :)

My device was not working properly. I contacted the technical service and discovered the great professionalism of this company. Quick and helpful answers with real and feasible solutions. If the product is good, Bru's human team is much better.

I have participated in the Kickstarter campaign for the BRU Tea machine - it took a while till the machine was finally received, but taking into account disruptions due to covid, as well as strict Swiss regulations, I can say that it was worth it.

I have been using the BRU Tea machine for a week now and I am very happy with how it works - adjusting temperature and brewing time is easy and consistent and the results are consistent. It took several trials to find the optimal settings, but now making a great cup of tea is an effortless process that takes just a couple of minutes and all I need to do is add tea and press a button. The main reason why I got this machine is because I would often start preparing myself tea, a phone would ring or something and 10 minutes later I would have to throw out whatever I had in my cup, or drink something that is bitter and undrinkable. Now, even if I get distracted, my cup of tea is waiting for me just the way it should be.

I cannot comment on the make quality and durability as I only got it recently, but so far no complaints, it looks durable and I cannot notice any faults. Attention to details is great and all works as it should be. Looking forward to the mobile app, even though I can do everything I need to with the machine interface.

Support does not answer. I got a obviously used machine and a scratched tank. The tea from this machine has a small plastic taste. Don’t buy from this company.

I can't believe that I was invited to review my "mythical" Bru Machine. I say mythical because I haven't received it yet two years after I made my initial investment.
Last summer I was invited to pay more to receive the machine in December 2022, and here I am, in March 2023 still waiting!
I only hope that the machine is amazing when it arrives, because my patience for waiting has long gone.
For delivery, if there was a ZERO star rating, then that's what I would give.....

Fast delivery and great machine. Love the simplicity and user friendliness. Maybe design and size can be worked on for the next version. But overall great experience

Update: After several years of waiting I got the machine. However, no tea mug, no tea sample package etc.

Now B*****, the founder of Bru, is harrasing me on my social media, Even telling me by mail that I had not given him any reason for the review and writing my friends as well.
The guy is just too lazy to read my replies thoroughly. Cause then he would know.

Stay far away from this company.

A Bunch of Liars!

Countless delays, excuses, lies... I have a machine somewhere in Poland, which I paid extra to get before christmas, then it was "in the beginning of next year" and now it stands as "signed in" in Poland.. and we are nearing 2nd quarter of the year.

Bru claimed 14 days ago, that within the next 2 days everyone would get a new tracking number. I still haven't gotten anything. When contacting customer service.. you just get a mouthy response about being patient and waiting even longer.. (what is a 3 year delay after all ? )

These guys are con-artists, extortionists and liars.

These guys started before the pandemic, kept taking money during the pandemic, and now continue to take money from customers without delivering a product. Their 3rd update on their indiegogo and they are discussing all the "tweaking" they are doing, pushing back the timeline. This goes on for a couple years, then they spend all their money on a variety of molds, and when it's all said and done, "oh we are out of money. if you want your product, you need to pay an extra $130 to cover the "shipping fee" for a hunk of plastic. The device cost $170 , and they want another $130. They claim it retails for $299, that means backers are paying $1 extra than retail price by the time it's all said and done. They are not issuing refunds. These guys are scam artists, stay away.
