The responsiveness of the company from time of order placement is best I have had. The product felt excellent just had a size fitting issue and they addressed it immediately

I like the fit and good they worked.
One thing I didn’t like was that when my package arrived on the back it said Bruceboxer! I feel you should be a little more discreet, I don’t want someone walking up on my porch and seeing I wear Pee Panty!
Well that’s my opinion.

Buyer, beware! Worst Customer Service experience I have ever encountered with any online company. First of all, this product is made in and shipped from China!!! Had I taken the time to read these reviews before making my purchase, I would not have placed an order. Secondly, the hassle involved in trying to return for a refund is unbelievable!!! The buyer must return the items to a city in Zhejiang Province in China! In some cases the cost of the return postage is more than the refund being requested. If the product were of a decent quality, I might feel differently. The fit is terrible, as is the fabric. I can't even imagine any man being comfortable wearing what amounts to nothing more than an adult diaper!

It’s early still however, it leaks. I’m going to give it a couple more days. I’ve been taking in a lot of liquids.
The feel and the fit are awesome.

Compared to other similar briefs, Bruce is best at preventing any embarrassing moments. They seem to be sized a bit small and for me they sit too low in the back. The important thing is that they are made very well and provide excellent comfort and dryness. I had a prostatectomy so I tried most everything on the market. At first I thought they were pricy but the quality and protection prove they are worth every dollar. I have about 10 pair so I never run out.

Fit just doesn't feel right.I would like them to feel like my regular boxers.

Frustrating to not receive my order for weeks after I issued it…finally received my latest order yesterday.

The Boxers are comfortable and so far preforming as promised.

Bruce's Boxers are well made and perform as advertised in retaining any unwanted discharge.

The time between order placed and delivery was longer than I expected. 2 weeks!
I am very satisfied that they met expectations as advertised.
I wish they were a little higher in the waistband and longer in the leg.

Ordered leakproof boxers for my husband after his prostrate surgery. It took about 3 weeks to get them!! They were not leakproof; did not have the liner that it showed in the pictures. Contacted the company and they were not helpful. I sent pictures of the boxers without lining but because I forgot to save the shipping label, they would not do anything!! Terrible company. Do not order from this company.

They didn't fit correctly. Attempted to contact the company and they are unresponsive. The only method of contact is email or through a link on their site. They never reply. There is no customer service phone number. And, now I am out $300 for a product with no customer support or way of returning the product. BE AWARE, be very awre of dealing with this company.

The two main reasons I gave them a four first. They are a well-made product and keep me dry and leak free , but the waist does not come up high enough, So I am constantly pulling them up. My second issue I had terrible results and had to contact them to get shipping updates were never corrected and they took a long time to get to my house.

My husband really likes your boxers and is replacing all of his underwear with Bruce’s Boxers!

Works well. A little short on the height would be my only concern

I wore them all day yesterday, very comfortable and light. My gf likes how they look on me and I do also. Almost look like shorts, not underwear. I told her they held my balls and wasn't sure I would like that. I been a nudist all my life and always got tohang fee lol. But after a few hours I was feeling great So been another great benefit lol. Thank you so much for a great product!

Great service, it felt very personable.
I haven’t neeeded protection yet. When I removed them from the packaging I thought they might feel bulky under my clothes. Wrong, they are quite comfortable.
