Installed basic head unit into 2011 RAV4 and I am very impressed with how the unit looks and it features. We only wanted basic features such as phone, maps and spotify and this does more than we expected with good performance speed. A slight start up time but once its going it is fantastic. Correspondence with tech suport was prompt and in the end entirely my fault otherwise contact would not need to be made for install.

Have had my head unit in for over a year now, works great. Had updated apple IOS and stoppped having apple CarPlay work but the team were prompt in replying to my issue and their steps resolved it quickly

Great customer service, prompt response and clear instructions

Purchased a head unit for a 2017 Ford Ranger. When we tried to install it ourselves, we discovered some cables were missing. I contacted Tommy over the Christmas period and he responded straight away, even on Christmas Day, which was exceptional customer service.
Tommy organised the missing cables to be sent out and they arrived promptly. We still had a few issues once the extra cables arrived, but again Tommy was quick to respond, and once we got it all sorted, the unit itself is fantastic.
Really impressed with the support and follow-up. Would highly recommend based on the customer service alone.

the constructive help i got from Brummstadt was beyond what i have experienced from other places.After having a few problems getting things sorted was made simple with Patricks help. They certainly go out of there way to make sure your experience is positive

Hi All, firstly the back up help from Patrick J has been 1st rate as with other members of the team. Any issues I've had with installation and setting up have been addressed quickly and concisely.
It can be a bit daunting to pull everything apart and install head units and wire in a new reverse camera but with Patrick J's help we got there in the end.

Patrick was extremely helpful and fast to reply (Even on a public holiday). His information was detailed and helped fix the issue with the headunit. The head unit works amazingly and couldn’t recommend the experience anymore.

I had a few issues with the installation, but the team were quick to lend me a hand. It was down to me not really paying attention. Also the unit exceeded my expectations.

The swift response after emailing about a problem that popped up. The quick response and resolve was outstanding.

Recently purchased the infotainment unit for my Holden Colorado. Had a few minor issues during the install. After contacting their online team. I got a very quick response answering my queries from Kevin who is very knowledgeable of the product and am very happy with the product thus far. 5/5

Utterly useless!!
Worst company to deal with!
After many problems with the order I finally got it fully installed..
Just to take it out a few months later, as you can’t use the Aircon with it because the screen is too big can’t use the hazard button because the screen covers it..
And at least once a week it loses all settings and you gotta go back for a reprogram settings!

After having our local auto electrician install my mum's Brummstadt stereo. It had to go back again and still wasn't working properly. I contacted Brummstadt and they provided easy and straight forward solutions to solve the issues we were having. They were super quick at replying and they really are a great bunch of guys that treat you like a real person and not just some number in a line. 10 out of 10 experience.

The head unit was easy to install on my Mazda BT50 with all the necessary wiring. When I had a problem I had a helpful response from Kevin within 15mins of submitting the enquiry which solved my problem.

Brilliant product and even better customer support. Would highly recommend this product and will be selling them in my shop. Well done guys and thank you
