It took two weeks over all customer service accommodations were made.but to to deliver my items based on someone putting P.O. Box instead of apt # and the dhl and fedex would hold it because it wasn’t marked as what products so it was not cold when arrived to me. so I had to throw all away and I’m out over 250 bucks 😫

Understanding the urgency, we sent you a replacement shipment at no additional cost, using DHL as per your request.
We always prioritize the quality and safety of our products, and we ensure they are shipped using a cold chain to maintain the temperature between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius until they reach the FedEx facility. The products are packed in foam boxes with sufficient ice to preserve them during transit. While they may be exposed to higher temperatures briefly during final delivery, we take all possible precautions to ensure they remain effective.
We genuinely regret that this situation has caused you to lose trust in our services. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we understand your frustration. While we strive to do everything in our power to prevent such issues, we’re committed to making improvements based on your feedback.
