SCAM - They think theyre being slick with these fake 5 star reviews, just look at the names and their singular reviews.

Watch out because theyve replicated this strategy with other psuedo-italian fashion brand scams. Keep companies like MARINI on your radar as well.

I truly hope this message reaches anyone trying to buy from this brand before they actually make the mistake of buying something from this scam Bruno Savelli. Almost 2 months ago I bought their trousers for my boyfriend’s birthday gift, after waiting 3 weeks to get them, they received a totally different size & material than advertised - certainly NOT luxury pants whatsoever.
The return process is literal hell.
I paid £26 to ship it to China, waited 10 days as it was held in customs there, only for the Bruno Savelli team to get back to me and say that I need to pay ANOTHER £25 for customs fee in order to get my refund. After endless back & forth emails that this wasn’t my responsibility to pay this fee, I finally submitted to get this over with so I can get what’s left of the refund.
It’s been 2 weeks since & I never received a refund.
I’ve been emailing them & boyfriend’s been emailing them and no response.
I feel very taken advantage of that I paid £130 just to get nothing but a headache from them.
It’s so sad to see brands take advantage of people like that.
Please do not buy or support something like this.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM!! Do not trust this company. Products are not what they appear to be on their website. Very low quality. No tags what soever, no product materials and washing instructions and no brand tag on the item.

This company is an absolute scam. Don’t trust the ratings shown on their website and socials, they are not authentic

In my experience, the product quality was lacking and the sizes were not even close to what’s listed in their website or for American brands. Their customer service was just as bad. When I tried to return the item, they refused unless I agreed to cover the high return shipping costs.

They’re based in China, and the return shipping alone cost almost as much as the product itself. For what I paid, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. I wish I had looked into it more before ordering. Avoid at all costs

I ordered on March 4th. It’s March 25th and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. I bet they won’t even be linen but polyester instead.

They are based in china and you can expect the quality and prices of expensive return cost, will only return ( on my case they did not) if the customs clearance is supported by the customer.

I believe this is the way they running their business

I doubt the few high rated reviews are genuine

Loved the trousers. Perfect fit with room to play with making them a really good fit for multiple different occasions

Absolute scam DO NOT BUY. Nothing fits as expected and then return shipping is to China and paid by customer. Pants are also incredibly itchy so even if they did fit, they are virtually unwearable.

Highly highly recommend not every buying from them.

They're based in China which isn't clear from the name and website. Size totally different than from the measurements they offered and so the items did not fit, because I am in Europe it would cost me €150 to ship them back to China (they don't cover shipping costs) for the €200 refund, so not worth it. Don't risk buying from them.

I wish I would have done some thorough research on the brand before I hit purchase after instagram showed their ads. Two pants arrived two weeks and three days after I purchased and they are so bad. I paid CHF 188 for possibly two horrible pants I ever bought. The quality is worse than Zara or H&M! The package was sent from China. The pants have no label/ no washing instructions. They look very sad I want to cry, how could I be so stupid. Ugh.

For once I feel this company is using false advertising to justify their steep discounts. (Moving warehouses in my case)
Italian made clothes seem to made in China.
The shipping took weeks and clothes seemed of poor quality to me. One item, a sweater was even slightly damaged. It’s mainly all synthetic fabric, there are no labels, no washing instructions on these items. It’s just not the high end Italian wear one would expect.
Costumer service was okay however and they offered a discount but returning an order is a difficult and costly process.
In the end, you get what you pay for.

Got the Falcone Cashmere Sweater, and it’s probably the best thing I own. The softness and fit are incredible, especially considering the price compared to most cashmere sweaters. Will be purchased in others colours.

Do not order. I ordered pants and they were made from polyester instead of wool (which they openly admitted to on the parcel for customs reasons). If you want to return a parcel you will have to pay for expensive shipping to China and they will not cooperate with customs so your parcel never reaches their warehouse, which they will use as an excuse to refuse your refund (despite their alleged 30-day money-back-guarantee). Terrible experience.

Extremely poor service. Delivery was late. Products were poor quality. All from PRC. Have requested for a refund. It’s been 3 weeks, nothing!! Kimmy is not helpful at all. Don’t fall in to Instagram Marketing Tactics..

This is usuall business, - to buy cheap clothes in China, cut the tags and re-sell.

This is not brand clothers - you can take any picture from their site and find the same under different name.

The quality of clothes is expected for AliExpress or Temu not expensive brands, so you if it is ok for you you can order the same on Temu with price -30% and with guaranteed return :0

I am very happy with my first purchase. The pants could be a tad longer, but they do fit well. Id rather have the pants have a longer, open inseam so that I could get them tailored. I also would like to see odd numbered waist sizes. The 32 just fits, but I think a 34 would be way too roomy. The fabric of the pants feels great. Shipping time took a bit longer than expected, but it was reasonable considering where they were shipped from. Fabric care tags would be a big help as well.

I never got paid back my returns. A return shipment was agreed upon by Bruno Savelli (order #1528). I had to pay for the shipping myself, which is fine. I sent them the tracking link, which they confirmed received. However I have e-mailed them three times over the past 5 weeks but I received zero replies.

Love the soft fabric The wool feels expensive and the pleats look clean

This is a scam dropshipping. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. No refunds.
