Bruttissima esperienza.

Ecco la mia esperienza: chiamiamo per verificare la disponibilità del prodotto, ovvero una centralina motore; dopo la conferma invio il pagamento. Fino a qui tutto regolare.
Nel momento in cui arriva il prodotto noto immediatamente che la centralina è stata manomessa, ovvero inutilizzabile. Chiamo all'istante il venditore spiegando con molta calma la situazione e inoltrando la foto del prodotto; quest'ultimo mi rassicura dicendo che avrebbe verificato questo brutto accaduto e nel caso in cui avrebbe avuto un'altra centralina uguale me l'avrebbe spedita o, in caso di mancanza, avrebbe effettuato il rimborso.
Passato qualche giorno,mi arriva un messaggio in cui veniva specificato che la centralina, poiché manomessa, non poteva essere garantito il ricambio (come se fosse stata manomessa da noi). Dopo una lunga discussione la situazione è stata risolta con un buono da spendere per un altro ricambio. Resta comunque una brutta esperienza.

vendono motori fusi spacciati per buoni

Ho comprato un motore di camion spacciato per buono ma in realta è risultato che consuma abbondantemente olio e fuma come un treno
sostanzialmente mi hanno venduto un motore da demolire!!!!
