Great products, great customer service!
Both my daughters have been using brush baby since they grew teeth. We love the products and were even more blown away by the exceptional customer service we recently received from Elizabeth. The recharging element of the wild ones tooth brush stopped working and Elizabeth provided support on the same day we emailed in. She also kindly offered a replacement. She was professional, prompt, and we are grateful that she has helped us out. Would highly recommend these products to anyone with young children. Great products, great company!

Fantastic Toothbrushes
Fantastic Toothbrushes. My little girl dropped her tiger on the floor so I emailed them about their warranty and had a new one sent to me right away.
They are such a lovely company and even sent us a few stickers and toothbrushing charts as an apology.

Items never arrived
Ordered in November through Boots and was due to be delivered by supplier. This still has not arrived. Boots say I have to email Brush Baby directly but when I do, I get no response. Same by phone, no one answers. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughters but I am sceptical it will even arrive at this point.

A total lifesaver
fantastic products, just bought a elephant toothbrush for my daughter and it has made our bedtime routine so much fun (for both me and her), She's four and brushing her teeth has always been a fight since I can remember and this amazing little brush has solved all our problems over night ( the hardest part is now getting her to stop and go to bed)
