Amazingly fast service and great products. Probably the largest selection of wine making equipment in Denmark!

I've used this company a few times now, with some ups and downs. I can't complain about the prices or delivery time as they are quick, they use a good courier company. However, my last order I made a mistake and ordered something out of stock, fair enough my mistake, I then sent an email to replace the item with something else..to their monetary advantage but got a reply that they had cancelled the whole order as they were too busy. That annoyed the hell out of me at the time.

So the past week I placed a new order, turned up in record time but there is some beer yeast missing from the package, email sent and time will tell.

I should add that the first couple of orders I placed there was no trouble at all, excellent service and Charlotte phoned me up about some hops I had ordered, dealt with there and then, brilliant !

If I need something for a new beer recipe, my first place to check is Things 4 U. They have a huge selection and what they don't have, they can very often get. Their customer service is beyond exceptional, with them going out of their way to make sure I have what I need. Really I highly recommend them to anyone, beginner or expereinced, they have so much and are so helpful.

very good experience every time i've dealt with the shop. prompt delivery and direct contact from vendor if required. excellent. not to mention that the product itself has always been of the best quality.
