Avoid at All Costs – Unreliable and Frustrating Experience
This has been, without a doubt, the worst energy company I’ve ever had to deal with—and that’s saying something. As a business customer, we rely on accurate and timely invoicing, yet Bryt Energy consistently fails to deliver. It takes them weeks to issue invoices, and for the past two years, we've received multiple bills and credit notes for every single month, causing endless confusion and wasted time.
Despite being in regular contact with them, the response is always the same: a standard apology blaming system errors, with no real resolution. The issues persist month after month, and nothing ever improves. We are unfortunately stuck in a contract, but I strongly urge others to avoid Bryt Energy entirely. It’s astonishing that a company operating this poorly is still in business.
Bryt Energy:
Thank you for your comment—ironically, this is the fastest response we've ever received from Bryt Energy. It's unfortunate that responding publicly is so prompt, yet answering a simple email takes several days. If only the same urgency was applied to actually resolving the ongoing billing issues and so-called "system errors." Responding online is easy—what we really need is meaningful action and long-overdue solutions.
Update 29 July 2027: We're a business and still haven't received an invoice since March 2025, this is their most recent email:
We’re getting in touch with a further update regarding the delays in issuing your bills. We appreciate this will have caused frustration and inconvenience, so we want to reassure you that we’re continuing to make progress in resolving these issues and getting things back on track.
We’d like to apologise again for this, and we appreciate your patience while our team continues to work hard to get your billing up to date as soon as possible.
What can you expect next?
We have now processed the majority of April 2025 bills and are on track to issue the majority of May and June bills by the end of the month. At this point, should there be any remaining issues with specific bills, we’ll prioritise resolving these and any corrections or updates will be reflected in your following bill.
It is now August 21 2025 and we still haven't received any bills since March 2025.
