software licence issues fixed quickly
Purchased a software licence that had problems activating so I contacted Brytesoft support and they were really quick to respond and apologised for the issues I was experiencing. Amazing Support!
I had a mainboard fail on my computer, when I got it replaced, my Office Plus would no longer work or activate again. I contacted support and they were gracius enough to get me a new key for activation.

Purchased a license for office 2024 and…
Purchased a license for office 2024 and the key didn’t work. Requested help and a few people gave me the same inadequate instructions repeatedly. Clearly they oversell keys/licenses. Thankfully I was only out a few dollars. I wouldn’t trust them with any other purchases.

The activation key does not work. When I tried to enter it on the Microsoft website; it only accepted numbers only,,, not alpha characters.
