Ordered a new ring battery over a week ago ,
Contacted asking where it is only to get a reply that the supplier is out of stock and it could be another week.
Although a supplier issue I think that you should have been made aware and been able to inform the customer rather than the customer chasing the item .
Other than that excellent service.

It would appear our supplier has run out of stock for the Ring batteries, it would have helped had they notified us. I have responded to your email and we are willing to process you the refund as we have no current ETA on when the batteries will arrive. Please respond to my email if you want us to process the refund and we will get this done straight away.

Best buying experience ever!!!
Brilliant service, I had some questions regarding the led strip and I got a response the same day, the sales person took the time to explain what I need and how to do it. Now my kitchen and laundry room are nice and bright :) at the same time I picked up a ring doorbell as I had seen them on tv and after checking eBay etc found that bs electric goodies were the cheapest so double bargain :)
