After a very convincing sales pitch, hell broke loose after signing the contract, and when it came to delivering their promises.
My solar system was supposed to be installed by the second week of April, but the team did not show up until mid-July.
1. They had promised they wouldn't work with subcontractors but do everything in-house - a clueless subcontractor showed up! They got the roof design wrong, in addition to other unacceptable errors. A rather shoddy workmanship.
2. A smart meter was included in the offer. A month after installation, a whopping 110€ was separately charged to my account. Upon raising the concern, someone promised to look into the matter - two months later, "the matter is still under review."
3. After raising the workmanship errors with the relevant teams, three months later, I am still waiting for a team to come and correct the poor workmanship.
4. Eventually, when they offered to come and correct their poor workmanship, no one showed up on that date, and my phone calls went simply unanswered.

I am not reviewing this angrily, but I have offered BSH over three months to make it right, but all my efforts have been downplayed.

My experience was very good with BSH. There was Mr. Maßner who visited our home twice, helped us understand our needs, made a good offer and timeline for installations. As soon as we agreed on solar panel and battery purchase, an apointment was provided for installation, legal help was provided for tax returns and most important, that the invoice was issued only after everything was in operation and problem free. I have nothing to complain about and I wish this is how others operated as well. All the best to the team.
