B Simmons were efficient from the start, with viewings and feedback. I chose them because they are an independent business with long history and based in Slough, local to the house I was selling. Sarah and Amy were mainly dealing with my house sale and were very pro-active and communicative. They understood my requirements to complete and were very helpful; finally with their contact to my solicitor to elevate a simple query which had become a 'stalling point' and I thought we might lose the sale. Thanks to Sarah's intervention we completed successfully and on the scheduled day.

Gina Dale of B Simmons and Son has been managing my properties for several years in a highly professional manner and would recommend to any future interested party.
