Great service from this company
Great service from this company. I did some research and these were the cheapest for skip hire I could find in the area. We booked the skip to be delivered the following day, morning slot and it arrived at 10am, really quick service compared to other companies. We arranged for it to be collected a few days later and this was done with no issues. I would recommend an email/text confirmation after booking as we didn't receive one but I rang up to check anyway, otherwise communication was not an issue. I'd certainly use this company again.

Great skip company
I needed an urgent delivery for a skip as I was clearing out my parents house after my Dad died, the girls in the office were so understanding and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Better communication is required
When I booked online and paid, they didn't send any email or phone confirmation until I chased them.
On 21/5, I asked for confirmed schedule if the skip will be delivered on 23/5. Then, they just advised to deliver the skip "tomorrow". Everyone of course will think that skip will deliver on 22/5.
However, no ones come and I chased status again. Then, they said again with "tomorrow" as I booked for 23/5 delivery. It is very confusing by just using "tomorrow".
After that, the company apologised for confusion and made a timely collection of skip.
Therefore, as long as they can make a better communication with customers, their services is acceptable.

I am surprised you have given us a 1 star review when you haven't received your skip as yet because it isn't due to be delivered until this afternoon!
You made a booking online, confirmed straight away online with a message stating 'Thank you for your booking'. The booking is for today 23/05/25 in the afternoon. When you emailed we did respond that the skip would be 'tomorrow' which was for 22/05/25 and have apologised for this as we soon recognised that you had booked for the 23/05/25.
As such your complaint and review are totally unfounded, you cannot complain about a service that you have not, as yet, received! If you would like to cancel your booking and receive a refund please contact us via email prior to your delivery slot of today in the afternoon. Many thanks.
Avoid this awful company
Absolute shocking company, book a skip for it not to turn up all day after waiting in. Told different times and days over the phone. Agreed to pay cash on drop off, for it to be dropped off when am out and told needed to pay over the phone when I was unable to they cancelled the whole thing. There excuse was to blame the apprentice as she is ‘learning’ Clearly no one communicates with each other!!

Further to your skip enquiry we never give specific times its ither am or pm delivery and we do are best to meet those targets. Are company policy is to get paid on delivery as the driver was on your site and use were unable to make payment use then cancelled the skip the following day you called the office asking what time the skip will be there knowing you had cancelled it the evening before. Due to such high demand over the easter hoilday the 4ton skip you had cancelled had been redirected to another job. Also the partner of the customer was very abusive using foul language towards are staff thay remained calm and polite while explaining we have no more 4ton skip available.
We help young apprentices learn valuable skills
And we certainly don't blame them on this occasion we don't know what was said between the apprentice or the customer and can not comment.
