Having had a foretaste of their product knowledge and customer service while doing a van conversion for my daughter, it was a no-brainer to choose Chris at BSPK Solar to supply the kit for my home system.
Whilst not strictly in the domestic market, Chris was a pleasure to work with in sourcing the right and best products for the project.
Chris has been readily available for product support both during the initial setup and ongoing, dealing patiently and professionally with all of my questions.

The customer service and patience I have received from Chris at Bspk Solar has been incredible. Being a newbie to the van conversion lifestyle and not having much knowledge of electrics, Chris has been amazing at explaining everything. I contacted Chris at BSPK solar as I wanted a victron system for my van.
He was the only person I had contacted who walked me through everything, my energy needs, calculations, equipment capabilities and more.
He then created a setup bespoke to my needs, and it arrived at mine a few days later.
Chris was very knowledgeable about the equipment and has told me if I have any problems or install questions, to contact him straight away.

communication was the best I have every received throughout the purchase even replying to my questions in the evenings!
