I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with your offered service and commitment to me. I would like to bring few points in your knowledge so that you can provide appropriate solution.

1. I am trying to fit my logo size from last one month but your website is not working properly. In my package already one month has been exhausted but nothing happens.

2. In your website , background color doesn't change and ready made creative doesn't show my brand logo it is showing only boost 360. I have payed an hectic amount of money just to promote my brand not your company.

3.Whenever I am trying to share my logo with creative clients it always shows your boost 360 logo instead my company logo.

Most importantly your application doesn't work well in iOS .

So with above given points, I would request you to kindly refund my payment of 27055 INR with immediate effect.
