i hope one day that i can visit the physical stores and meet the whole team

Delay at my delivery

They have received my return on the 15/12. Still no refund.

They do not answer to mails or phone.

To my French people : avoid this bad company.

Website easy to use, took a while for delivery but as to be expected for overseas. No import tax charge or anything like that, great experience thank you.

Fast delivery with DHL, and the goods are of insane quality! Totally recommend buying products from this website!

I’m only giving 4 starts because there was no tracking but it was great experience I was skeptical at 1st but everything was good I got my order delivered in 2 weeks(ordered on the 3rd of January received it on the 15th of January) in Lithuania I will surely order more things

The cardigan I would give 5 stars but the delivery has taken more than 3 weeks, which worried me, I think it would be wise to inform about international delivery before you purchase, but in the end really good Fred Perry Cardigan

No communication regarding delays in delivery. Not kept up to date. Too long waiting for delivery.

Great prices and choice of Jordan shoes and other sports gear. My Jordan Spizikes were delivered fairly quickly to the North of Scotland. No issues with customs of duty as all dealt with during the sale of shoes.

My only criticism is that the tracking information whilst in Germany was lacking. From leaving there shop until landing in the UK I had no ideas the status during that week. Once in the UK royal Mail got it to me as quick as usual.

Item descriptions inaccurate. Customer service non-existent. One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Will NEVER use this company again and would encourage anyone considering ordering from them to buy elsewhere, regardless of price difference.

Zero communication over shipping delays without chasing an answer myself. Even then advisor first of all said order cleared customs last Thursday. Which evidentially wasn’t true given the email which confirmed it had in fact cleared customs came a week later to the email information I was getting from the advisor. 2 weeks to get a pair of trainers from Germany to the UK with zero updates on shipping delays and problems is poor customer service. Haven’t returned home to even see if the right item and right sized item has been sent. I am fully expecting after this wait for them to be the wrong shoes.

I’ve got a really expensive pair of trainers as a present, and how they were given to me more than 14 days after receiving the parcel, I’m not able to get the right sizing coz BSTN doesn’t offer exchange service. And the refund period it’s over. 0 empathy with the customer.

The delivery took 16 days, even though the website states 4–6 business days. I ordered the running shoes for a race, but they did not arrive in time.
Very disappointing delivery experience.

The perfume is a little weak but if you spray 2 or more its going to make its magic, the delivery was alright (it sens email About the order constantul). About the smell, its like entering a buddist temple, pleasent but persistent(jjk typa shie). Over all, its nice!
