I’m very disappointed with the customer service as well as the time allocated for sellers to ship winning lots.
Recently one an Amazon lot with 674 units received only 40 can’t get an confirmation of when the other items will be shipped or not to dispute because they have 28 days to fulfilled orders they still selling online. If an items sells out online before yours fulfill they will cancel your order.
Recently won a bid for Amazon that was cancelled because they wasn’t able to fulfill my order.
This process is very bad for businesses who used this site to stock their business.

Had an issue with a seller. Ananda patiently looked into it, communicated with several teams and she sort everything out for me as efficiently as possible. As a wholesale buyer, I don't think I've ever received better customer service and such a high level of buyer protection from any platform. Keep it up!

Been purchasing from Bstock for almost 2 years. Every now and again issues arrise and generally we get email correspondence to fix said issues. In the most recent order I placed there was an issue from the carrier. I reached out via email and did not receive the information I was expecting. After waiting for a response for a few days I decided to reach out to their customer support via phone call. There was a phone cue, and I opted for a call back, within the next 5 minutes I received a call from Bstock. On this call Ms. Ananda was very professional, kind, and thorough. She, very nicely, took my information, and informed me she would place me on hold while she did her magic. She was able to find an update on my order and the reason it was in limbo. She then helped me by getting the mediation team to look into the order and gave me the information i was expecting. She made sure she had answered my concerns, and I can say we are very pleased with the job Ms. Ananda did for us on this occasion.

Had an issue with shipping out of Marlboro, Md.. I called 800 number and was helped By customer service agent Eder. Eder was of great help. He answered all my questions and was very professional as to my issues at hand. His knowledge and answers were comforting to my not so happy attitude I had. terrible platform to buy
I have porches pallet of Costco this is not the first time
the items mark as A-B that mean the items need to be in a like new or in good condition
when I receive the pallet many items are Brocken and heavily used
and since you pay with a bank transfer you are have no guaranty for your money
the response that I receive is Costco don't accept return
we pay $5000 fro what was listed as a 15,000
the condition of this pallet we will not even breakeven total lost
we are still back and forth with BSTOCK
this platform down give the customer any backup total lost
there case Maneger dont respond already complain this is already one month since the case is open

Paid for an auction to Amazon through Bstock. Just over £9,000
It's been a month and Amazon have not even acknowledged the payment. I have sent a number of emails to bstock with no resolution.
In their own T&C it states the seller has the responsibility to deliver the goods in a timely manner.
I have spent over £100,000 with this company in the last 6 months and really deserve a better service than what has been given.

I recently purchased a batch of Beats headphones. One of the products was not delivered to me. In addition, the condition of the products was terrible. I complained and nothing was done by Bstock. Later I found out that 8 headphones were broken, I complained again, and guess what? nothing was done. Don't waste your time or money, if you have a problem with Bstock you will be on your own.
