To start off, I have buying from them for over 8 years and have spent over $359,000 on inventory.
I started a direct contract with them and was told there was no back orders so i took the contract. Yet there was about $15000 in back orders. I was not prepared for that and would not have taken it if my sales person would have told me that.
Long story short i hot behind but ended up catching up and paying it all.
Yet before i did their finance department blocked my bidding, suspended my account and canceled my contract that only has a few weeks left.
As well kept calling, texting and emailing me like i wasnt going to pay after all ive spent.
So basicly 8 years of buying down the drain and they dont care .
They dont care about the relationship and small business’s, they only want your money.
Bad business and just bad experience. I guess there Ceo is not for small businesses, only money.

I completed application to purchase from B Stock on November 20, 2025. Sent in all needed paperwork and it was instantly approved. It shows valid on my B Stock profile. I purchased QVC13330 order. I paid immediately. Then I get email that I need to complete registration before they will ship my order out. WTF? Why was I allowed to purchase and PAY for order if I wasn't completely registered? This is when the scam started. Jon and Precious (supposedly supervisors)give you the runaround about refunding your account.
I had to get local Ontario police involved. BEWARE OF SCAMS WITH BSTOCK

I waited over 21 days to get a pallet from QVC warehouse in Ontario, CA that is only 40 mins from my home. B Stock won't help you until after 14 days of non receipt. Mind you B Stock and QVC has your money. $1400 of my money. Finally b/c I was upset of no order being delivered after 23 days or any mention of a refund, my order was pulled off TForce truck and cancelled. Do you think I would get refund? NO. I had to contact my bank to reimbursement me. BStock still sends me emails regarding my order. This company is scamming many customers every day. Read reviews before you are roped into scam

Beware buying loads from Costco as they frequently misrepresent the condition of the items. Be prepared for a dispute process to be designed heavily in favor of the seller and not the buyer. If you do have to do a dispute know it will be around 2 months to get your money back and they try to force it on you to accept bstock credit versus an actual refund to your bank. Make sure to document all pallets and loads before opening and be prepared to perform a lot of documentation followed by long periods of wait time. You as a buyer have 5 days to respond with any requested information or the dispute gets closed automatically. The seller gets 3 weeks + to respond and will deny refunding any shipping costs even though half the load you paid to ship was broken.

This is a warning to anyone hoping to use this platform to grow a genuine domestic liquidation business: they have sold out the American liquidator and destroyed the profit margins.
The core problem is the platform's willingness to allow Freight Forwarders (FFs) to dominate their auctions.
These FFs are not local resellers. They are companies paying near-MSRP (often 80-90% of retail price!) just to avoid complex taxes and customs duties in their home countries overseas. They immediately re-crate the stock and ship it out of the country.
The Consequences:
1. Ruinous Pricing: FFs push the bidding so high that there is zero margin left for any domestic small business. If you are a U.S. liquidator trying to make a living on a 30-40% margin, you simply cannot compete with a company willing to pay 85% of MSRP. It has fundamentally ruined the profitability of using this service domestically.
2. Betrayal of Purpose: These items are U.S. returns and overstock. They should be flowing back into the U.S. secondary market to support our economy and provide cheaper goods to local consumers. By allowing FFs to instantly ship them abroad, the platform is prioritizing a quick buck over supporting the thousands of small businesses that built the liquidation industry here.
Allowing FFs to pay these exorbitant prices shows that this platform's priority is maximizing their take and the retailer's immediate profit, even if it means permanently ruining the "American dream" of liquidating for the people who actually helped build this service. It's a true shame.

We demand the creation of a strictly "U.S. Domestic Buyer Only" marketplace area.
Rule: A minimum of 25% of all major U.S. retailer inventory (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) must be allocated to this protected pool.
This separation is necessary to restore profitable margins for U.S. liquidators and ensure U.S. returns flow back into the U.S. consumer economy.
