We have 4 unresolved disputes with Bstock for merchandise we never received from Amazon auctions. The latest dispute case number is 02063889. Bstock admits that there is an issue with Amazon auctions and often merchandise is sold twice to multiple buyers despite getting payment.
Bstock closes cases with no resolution because they "didn't receive a response." This is a complete fabrication. First, we have to file the dispute on the auction page and provide detailed proof (there is no dispute that they received all this info). Then they ask for it again via email and for some unknown reason those emails are not received and shortly thereafter they close the dispute.
As of January of 2024 to date we are missing merchandise said to be valued well over $200,000. Where is all this merchandise? Why can't we get a refund? There are so many buyers in the same situation. Are there any attorneys out there who would be interested in a class action? Here is your opportunity.

I recently fell victim to B Stock's misleading promotion, which promised a shipping cost rebate for ordering 20+ pallets on the same day, from the same location, and paying on the same day.
Despite meeting all the conditions, B Stock reneged on their promise, citing that consolidation is not guaranteed. When I questioned their advertising practices, they simply referred me to the fine print on their website.
Don't fall into the same trap! B Stock's advertising is deceptive and not trustworthy. Save your money and avoid their false promises!

Complete rip off, scam sellers all the way. I purchased there pallets of unmanifested goods, new condition. Here’s what was inside:
-1200 pcs corroded stained metal spotlights for 12V halogen bulbs
-19 pcs acrylic cocktail shakers with caps which can not be removed
774 pcs mugs which are 14 years old and probably bought for 0,15 Eur/pcs based on google search

Mediation of B-stock is joke. They demant a ton of pictures etc. (you waste a lot of time doing this) and finally mediatior decide 20% off for items (not mugs because they can not guarantee advertised price is correct) I can not sell !!!!! 20%!!!!! Is this a joke!!!!!!!!
How you can sell metal spotlights which have corroded stains (stains will not go off as corrosion etched away silver or gold plated metal spotlights on visible side and are for halogen 12V lamps which nobody use anymore!!! Future buyers, do yourself a favor and do not purchase unmanifested loads in any condition or anything from B-stock – you will get scammed big time. Where do I even begin? I feel completely ripped off, and I honestly don’t believe Amazon should be selling these products on their platform – it’s nothing short of a scam. I purchased a full truckload of unmanifested goods, which was supposed to contain 23 full pallets. Instead, I received just 14 small pallets that were double stacked. Here’s what was inside:
Two pallets of empty stacking crates.
Two pallets of budget baby wipes.
Thousands of units of grease remover.
Outdated Peppa Pig vitamins.
One pallet of leaking shampoos and cleaning products, with split open bottles everywhere, causing a huge mess.
The rest was broken ornaments and broken household items, along with leaking paint and other damaged goods.
The goods are completely useless to the point that I now have to pay the council to dispose of them. This stock is either stuff that they should of sent to landfill. It feels like they pick out any items of value and put the into the manifested loads. Then throwing all the broken, rubbish items into pallet boxes for someone else to be completely scammed.
I’m currently in mediation, but it’s moving slowly, and I feel like they’ll just brush me off. I’ve reported this to my bank, and I’ll take whatever legal action is necessary.
Please, do yourself a favor and do not purchase unmanifested loads – they are a complete con. I have videos and photos to prove what I received. My daughter is a journalist for a national newspaper, and I’m seriously considering getting this viral to warn others.

I had a very disappointing experience with B-Stock Solutions after purchasing a truckload of appliances from a Costco auction. After waiting nearly a week for delivery, I contacted the logistics company, CH Robinson, only to discover that my entire load had been delivered to someone else. This is a significant error for a full 18-wheeler truckload, and it left me shocked.
I reached out to B-Stock for assistance, but after four days of waiting, they seemed unaware of the situation. The representative I spoke with mentioned that mediation would reach out to me, but I found it frustrating that they were asking if I received someone else's load when it was clear that I hadn’t received anything at all.
I've sent multiple emails regarding the mediation process, but I have yet to receive a response. I've called B-Stock twice, and each time I was met with a lack of support. I paid nearly $16,000 for this load, and it feels like I’m the only one concerned about this situation while someone else is profiting from my appliances.
I expected better communication and support from B-Stock, especially given the amount of money involved. I’m left feeling frustrated and ignored, with no resolution in sight. I hope they can improve their customer service and logistics processes in the future.

This review primarily addresses Amazon auctions. So far, I've made six major purchases through Amazon, and after my most recent experience, I believe I'm done. Their product condition grading system is awful. If you're buying used or "good condition" electronics, be very cautious—I honestly wouldn't recommend it, especially for larger items like TVs or home entertainment systems. Despite their claims that the products are in "good condition, with no repairs needed for resale," more than 50% of the units I’ve received have been complete losses. It seems like they don’t even properly check the items before selling them.
While Bstock allows you to file dispute claims and promises protection for your money, every single time, the outcome has favored Bstock and Amazon. In the end, you’re left with broken or damaged units that need to be recycled, which only adds to your time and financial loss.
I have ordered some "like new" condition pallets, and those have been okay, though Amazon tends to mix in about 25% good items and 75% low-quality, hard-to-resell overstock. At least the items are as described, though.
I’ve also had positive experiences with other major retailers on Bstock and haven’t encountered any issues. For anyone just starting out or experiencing similar problems, I recommend exploring other retailers until Amazon improves its service. Every time I've filed a claim, they’ve just apologized and said they’re working on improvements—but nothing has changed, except for the losses to my bank account.

It has been 17 days since I made the payment for Order #A2Z37086, and the payment status has still not been updated. Your website states that payment updates take 24 hours, but this is clearly false.
If B-Stock cannot process payments themselves, they should at least ensure that sellers follow the payment processing timeline stated on the platform. Simply saying 'we are working on it' is not enough after 10+ days. What specific actions has B-Stock taken to hold the seller accountable? What is the deadline for resolution? If no immediate action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and through my bank.
During this time, I have repeatedly contacted your support via email and live chat, and most of the time, you don’t even bother to respond! And when you do, I receive the same copy-paste responses with no real progress. No one is taking responsibility, and no concrete action has been taken to resolve this issue.
At this point, I demand a full refund, including the fee I was forced to pay to B-Stock for this auction, as I have received absolutely nothing in return. This was my first experience with B-Stock, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
If my payment is not refunded immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally and through my bank. Enough is enough!
At this point, it is clear that B-Stock does not care about its customers. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not only escalate through my bank but also report this company for fraudulent business practices.

First purchase of a lot was canceled. I paid immediately and now the refund has to go thru multiple channels to be refunded (2 weeks or more of time). Customer service made this seem like an abnormality however it looks like an every day thing and possibly their business model. I’m waiting on my refund after completing step 2 of that process and not all that confident that it will go as it should. Until today there was a chance I’d give them another try although they have proven they don’t want me as a buyer. Good luck to anyone buying from them and remember there are other ways to and places to get merchandise.

Buyers beware!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!! Received my 2 pallets today of women clothing and jewelry from Target. What they actually sent was a busted coffee table missing parts, 63 coats, a broken toddlers grocery cart, 6 painters outfits, and a duffel bag. Never ever again!!!

I recently purchased a large order of NEW SCRATCH AND DENT APPLIANCES! When they arrived they were a mix of non working and new/used cockroach infested machines. Second time this happened. $10k for machines I had to dispose of half and then spend a ton of money getting rid of roaches in my shop! I disputed this load in Nov 2024 and have got absolutely nowhere! They keep giving me the run around saying Costco hasn't got back to them. I call BS! Their shipping is horribly priced and takes forever.

Misleading Listing and Poor Transparency
I won a bid for lot #ESP15545 (Mixed Electronics, Clothes, Toys & More, 2,012 Pieces, New Condition, Est. Original Retail €50,099), but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
1. Misleading Information: The listing claimed all items were in "New Condition," but over 60% of the merchandise is not even listed on Amazon Europe or UK, making it unusable for resale.
2. Lack of Transparency: There was no clear breakdown of the pallet contents, and the actual items don’t align with the advertised description.
3. Unhelpful Communication: Despite asking for clarification before and after the purchase, the responses were vague, and important details were withheld.
This experience feels like a complete rip-off. I haven't touched the merchandise yet and am seriously considering legal action due to the misrepresentation. I expected honesty and transparency, but this lot does not reflect what was advertised.
