I’ve only made one purchase thus far, but the item I ordered was exactly as advertised, the shipping was timely, and the customer service was excellent. Nothing from this experience would deter me from buying from them again. I’ll be back if they again have the best price for what I’m looking for.

Prices do not match what was listed on the link that pulled me to your site. This is Shady business tactics.

I refuse to send anyone an image of my ID to purchase something with a credit card. Let alone a company located outside of my country why would I do that

When my miner arrives it was damaged and they told me it was a used model. They had not sold it this was or disclosed it wasn't new. They abused their position of having been paid via wire transfer to not allow a refund. Never resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I was forced to just take what I could get.

Edit - After weeks of constantly chasing them for a resolution I was initially offered $250. I continually expressed that it was not acceptable to receive a damaged and used miner and that be the resolution. Finally, they credited my account with $750 in store credit. Absolutely not resolved to my satisfaction.

I pirchased four moners and two psu from BT-Miners. They are the best company and have an office in the US. Shipping and payment wrre super easy processes and they handle all the customs crap o do not understand. I had one miner act up and the tech support from Lena and Johnny were great. The sales team of MollP, Kyle and Shauna were amazing in responding to my emails. I'll never use another service for my mining needs. Thank you BT-Miners for being an awesome company and i look forward to using your service to expand my home operation.
